  • A yoga class to help provide relief and healing from bloating, indigestion, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome IBS, and ulcerative colitis. It's also an excellent sequence for anyone looking to relax and relieve stress, tension, and anxiety. I use a method where we integrate gentle pumping movements before holding a deep stretch. This helps the nervous system to relax and let go so that the body can surrender deeper and release the stress and tension that it's holding subconsciously.
    This technique can be a powerful tool for healing the digestive system.
    Your gut is intimately tied to your healthy feeling of well-being. Healing the gut can help to dramatically transform your life.

    Hey Tim, Just so you know I love, enjoy and can’t live without your RUclips classes in my daily routine life for over 3 years. Honestly I really wanted sign in community classes, but I can’t? I’m 72 and live with lots of chronic pain. All I needed is every day practicing with your slow, short, relaxing and meditation routine! Love you very much and Sincerely!!

    Thanks Tim for this slow flow. Short & sweet. Effective. Twists are my favorite. Trying to learn how to slow down & surrender. Being in the moment. Feeling with breath. Awesome!! A keeper. ❤️

      On the opening page - at the top of the page in the middle - click on PLAYISTS. To the far right you will see a right-pointing arrow. Click on this arrow. Then you will see a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 10, 15, and 20 minute videos 😉

    Dear Tim, this is a very useful yoga session, slow, relaxing, connecting together any part of my body and it really provides good relief to my physical problems. I'm trying to find the time to do it any day. Next time I'll do it before sleeping. See you soon 🙋‍♀

    Thanks Tim, really enjoyed the class- did it twice and will do again tomorrow - great content, as ever, missed the dad jokes but overdub voice was calming and perfect for the vibe (wasn;t sure about the musac initially but became accustomed to it)- one day I will come to Orange County for a class.

    Eliminating fiber cleared up all my digestion issues. Almost immediately.

      OK But keep in mind medical professionals don't recommend eliminating fiber. According to Harvard Health 'Those who ate the most fiber reduced their risk of dying from cardiac disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and/or colon cancer by 16% to 24% compared to people who ate very little.'

    Interesting use of voice over versus in-real-time narration - a bit jarring at first, TBH. Nevertheless, as I got more fully into it, I appreciated it more - even though I'm more oriented toward your more usual style. How did it feel for you to not be inserting the occasional dad joke while instructing us?
