Tim, it's so good to see you. I'm 9 weeks post-op from valve replacement/ open heart surgery and this was my first class back. I wasn't sure what I could manage with my sternum still healing and approached it very timidly but it felt great to be able to do most of it, though not deeply. Namaste.
Similar situation here, recovering from a shoulder injury from snowboarding and I haven't been able to practice for 6 weeks. This is the first one back, as my wrist feels better and my shoulder doesn't hurt by most movements. I also think mindful practice can help the healing process. Hope you get well soon, too.

What should I expect after the surgery and will I ever be able to workout normally after the procedure? Nobody seems to be able to explain to me whether I will be able to workout or whether I should turn to more aerobic low-intensity workouts... Thanks to both of you and I wish you all the best!

Thank you for this lesson. It is an effective cooling down and stretch after a pretty tough and late in the evening ergometer interval training. Also thanks for all the other lessons you shared! They are my favourite online yoga classes.

I love this sequence. Your prosody is so soothing. My resting heartrate is 58bpm, and this sequence gets me down to 52bpm - I'm at 54 when I've just woken up in the morning and chilling in the bed, so it's quite amazing for it to get so low. A little bit of biometric proof of the effectivity of this class!
This was a great calming flow.I found it hard because I do yoga right after work. So, like you said in previous classes, I am more solar energy and I need to learn to be more lunar. So just the slow calm movements were hard because my body just wanted to move more aggressively. Thank you for the workout, it was much needed.
What a great relaxing and grounding practice! Just the thing after a stressful day at the office when all you want to do is lie down but your body says: hey I need some stretch and attention. Thanks for that! And I really would like to see more of this type of practice in a maybe 45 min version on CMC. That would be so great!

Hey Tim, I was about to ask you for a calming routine for weeks now. Background: I do recreational diving & among my diving friends in Asia, Yoga for divers is a thing at the moment. Calming & meditating & breathing before a dive saves a lot of air, extends your dive time & makes diving safer over all. So I tried this flow this morning (without having the possibility to do a test dive afterwards) and I think it points into the right direction. Maybe there's more into that direction someday... Yoga is sooo useful :-) Thanks again for all your work, Tim!
