I’ve been trying to get back in the groove of things when working out and I felt like I went too hard after not working out for awhile and I felt super sore on my biceps, shoulders and obliques and I couldn’t really do any upper body exercises without my arms giving out. I felt a great relief in my upper body as well as my lower body which wasn’t sore but needed a good stretch. Thank you again for this video ❤

I’ve had some lower back pain on and off because my hips have been real tight and I shoveled a bunch of snow. At one point instead of a seated pose I laid down on my back with the soles of my feet together and the weirdest thing happened. I felt my muscles release and a gentle pop from 4 different places in my low back. Never felt that before in my life but i could tell it was good. Thanks for a good class.

I know you said that due to algorithm-stuff you could not add the number in the beginning - but can it be done in the end without being to much work you think?
