I woke up this morning with every muscle and joint in my body aching, don't know why. So, this was the most difficult sequence of the challenge for me. I made it through Day 28, thanks, Tim!
Much gratitude ❤ I really enjoyed this practice and feel great benefit. These asanas are not practiced as often as I should,given the progression possible in a relatively brief practice.
Another great class Tim, can't believe I'm doing it! When you say to come into your deepest squat is it fine to have the backs of my feet up? I've been integrating your how to squat video to increase my ankle flection to try to keep them flat but I can go much deeper while balancing on the front palm of my foot but I'm not sure if going less deep while keeping them flat is more beneficial.
Tim, it's good to add more pranayama, usually we work with Michael Bijker practice and then come to Senesi yoga. Pranayama integration is good. Also, it seems like every day you're in a different part of the world , Bali or SoCal during the same week?
What a wonderful class! And the sound of the ocean coupled with the breathing and stretching are just what I needed. Thank you Tim 🙏🏻
