    This was just what I needed! I’ve been so stiff in my shoulders, neck, & upper back lately. I did the workout twice this morning & again just now after work. It’s given me relief, thank you! 🙏 ❤

    Day 28 ✅ this is exactly what I needed! Did it twice and shoulders feel great, posture looks straighter when I look in the mirror.
