- Join me for a 20 Minute pilates routine for anxiety and stress relief. This session will soothe you, gently stretch out any tension in your body and help you to relax. It will help you relieve any stress, and anxiety as well as give you a gentle feelgood workout. Feel you troubles melt away as you tune into your breath and out of the constant chatter in your mind. You can do this at any time of day when you just need some time for yourself, it is a calming wind down routine that will exercise the body in a way that releases all those tight muscles- whether that's from sitting at your desk or after doing a longer workout. There is so much to be gained from stretching the body as well strengthening it and this video is partcularly for those who need help to relax, de-stress and calm the mind through movement.

Lovely stretch. Destress. We missed bending the left knee whilst on our backs, and we missed side bending to opposite side in 2nd mermaid, but easy to fill it in.

Excellent class Rachel; just what I needed. I have recently discovered you and love the service you are making available. Corona has taken away so much. It’s not the same as being in a class but my body and mind really appreciate it and My Love says I look younger when I do it. ( 62 years but still young at heart :) )

Im week 3 into a chest infection and thought I would try some excise. I did struggle with the breathe but i found it relaxing.

I really enjoyed this one, great stretches. But I noticed two blips in the routine (so unlike you!) at 14:46 we miss the knee to chest stretch with the left leg, and at 17:26 we miss the counter stretch in mermaid! I had to watch the video again to make sure I hadn't just missed it!
I really loved this but I wasn't able to do all the moves. Can we get a knee-friendly version? 😉

Good workout but I find it difficult to keep my legs crossed due to poor core and osteo arthritis. Can I do the exercises with legs straight out?
