This is helping me get back into pilates and moving my body after a really tough start to the year, my local class is always booked up and going into a class of strangers gives me anxiety! SO this channel will be great for me!
Very nice - I do this in my hallway as I have balance issues ( I put a fingertip on the wall so I know where I am - feet are numb and no reflex in ankles) very relaxing.
I'm loving these 20 minute sessions & they're so easy to fit into even the busiest of days. I'm a runner with a knee injury, so I can't run at present. I've lost quite a lot of my former strength through layoffs but a 20-minute session each day gives me a great rehab workout. I'd appreciate any that focus on rebuilding leg strength without aggravating injury. Thank you Rachel.

I’m so grateful to you and your help with balance. I sustained a fracture to my sacrum two years ago from a fall working out at the gym. I now have screws in my back! I have been encountering a nagging pain where the screws are located and, therefore, find stretching extremely beneficial. Your standing Pilates seems to be my best medicine for reducing the chronic nagging. I have to admit, though, balancing on one leg is very tricky for me and sometimes have to hold onto something. Thank you for your many videos to choose from.
I did this lovely workout this morning and really enjoyed it. As with all Rachel's workouts I find them challenging, inspiring, fun and effective and they always leave me feeling energised and great. Thanks so much Rachel you are wonderful 👏 🥰❤
Did this as my second video this morning from Nov week 4 Playlist and made me realise I haven’t done a balance exercise in a long time as I was wobbling a lot!! I shall be repeating this to try to improve as good balance is so important for this 72 yr old! 🙏 Rachel for the variety of your videos. 😘

Love these. I cannot believe how much more balanced I am. Even on my bad ankle (bad bursitis after a partially torn achilles) which is so much better with these exercises! Thank you Rachael! I have turned some friends onto you as well!
I really appreciate these classes and am grateful that you leave everything in. I would like to get my 8 year old grandson doing some with me as he has no core strength and it makes me sad when I see him get disheartened when he has difficulty during ju jitsu because of this.

I have avidoe you could do with yoru grandson that would be PERFECT for him- it's only 5 minutes so concenrtation wise it won't be too taxing for him and it contains lots of standing balance and core work- just what he needs to get stronger for his ju jitsu. I love your routines Rachel. I try and do one every morning. This one was great except the soleus stretch on the left side was missing at the end, oops! Something that would be very useful is a timer to show how long is left to go. I'm always rushing against the clock. Not sure if it's possible but thought I'd mention. Have a great day xx
Not sure why I haven’t commented before. This was great. I did it after one of your fast flow sessions. In a week, how often should be we doing stretch and balance sessions. At the moment, I am doing one as part of every third session. These really are fantastic and make such a pleasant start to my day. Thank you ❤️
