- Join me for a lovely 20 minute morning pilates stretch and mobility routine. Ideal if you have any hip, knee, or lower back pain. A great way to start or end your day as well as to recover when your muscles are sore. Simple , effective movements to relax the body, release tense muscles and stiff joints, as well as ease your mind and body. Suitable for all ages and to do as a daily mobility session.
After the class I stay online to do a Live Q & A where you can ask me anything related to your practice. I give tips, advice and welcome the same from you. Our community is about taking care of each other, helping each other grow in wellbeing and wisdom and enjoying our fitness.

I always turn to this one when I want a short, gentle stretching routine as some mornings I really don't want to exercise - even though I love it. Some days, I feel really lazy so this works really well. Thank you.😊

What a perfect stretch class after 3 days of intense weeding my blueberry bushes! I feel absolutely wonderful . All my tight, tense muscles are relaxed now.

Fab-u-lous 🤩 Glutes & quads tight after a v fast walk so this was perfect. Have pelvic issues so this was perfect & complimentary to my therapeutic exercises. Thank you Rachel & Boo of course ❤🙏

I absolutely loved this session! I have a bad right hip that seems to be chronically inflamed and this is just a perfect, mild stretch routine to keep it moving and flexible!
