    This was awesome. 1st time trying. I drive professionally and recently having stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulders. These stretches made a positive difference immediately in my neck rotation and pain. THANK YOU…

    I love your exercises for seniors. I used to go to Pilates classes and now I do them at home with your help. I’m nearly 80 and they keep me feeling a bit more flexible.

    This was my first pilates class with you (on-line) and I still love it as a gentle workout between the challenging ones that make my muscles hurt.

    Very well demonstrated and explained by Rachel, I have been implementing this routine for a week and feel it is starting to benefit me, thank you. I’m 62 and my fitness level has plummeted badly, this has been a great way of gently building back up.

      How are things in PS? I’m in Tucson. Not bad. Only 100 degrees. Humidity 4%. Planning on visiting PS to spend time with my cousin. I’m right behind you in age. 77 on May 2nd. What a shock.     Hi Rachel, I recently qualified as a yoga teacher. However your experience in pilate is way ahead. At the same time, learning so much watching your videos.I loved all of them. Your way of explanation is superb.

    This was relaxing - a good before-bed routine. But I really most enjoy the more challenging workouts, especially barre and workouts with props. ❤️

    This is a delightful session after the intermediate sessions I’ve been doing! I love revisiting these older sessions, makes me mindful of the moves and why we do them - these senior sessions were the first I tried when I discovered you during Covid on May 2020. I can keep up with intermediate sessions now, which is wonderful and satisfying, but I always love these senior sessions for the gentler pace, helpful prompts and no need to worry I might injure myself (balance and ataxia issues) through my over exuberance!😅😊❤

    Hello Rachel,
    I love all of your routines.
    I’m a Pilates teacher for the past 20 years with certification on the mat and standing from a New York school..
    I do use our routines a lot but my participants speak French only.
    I have a special quest in regards to mat Pilates for people with high blood pressure,I’m sure you could give new ideas about that.

Yes, high blood pressure and pilates, a great session would be one where you slow everything down a little more than usual and focus on deep pilates breathing as this will help calm the body and improve blod and oxygen flow.     Sometimes my body is not too happy but I’m really trying to do about 4 of your sessions a week so this was a perfect one for me today. I also wonder if you can see me as you often correct my straying knee or loosening tummy muscles, all very engaged now 😁 Thank you 🙏
