I love your exercises for seniors. I used to go to Pilates classes and now I do them at home with your help. I’m nearly 80 and they keep me feeling a bit more flexible.

This is a delightful session after the intermediate sessions I’ve been doing! I love revisiting these older sessions, makes me mindful of the moves and why we do them - these senior sessions were the first I tried when I discovered you during Covid on May 2020. I can keep up with intermediate sessions now, which is wonderful and satisfying, but I always love these senior sessions for the gentler pace, helpful prompts and no need to worry I might injure myself (balance and ataxia issues) through my over exuberance!😅😊❤

I do use our routines a lot but my participants speak French only. I have a special quest in regards to mat Pilates for people with high blood pressure,I’m sure you could give new ideas about that. Yes, high blood pressure and pilates, a great session would be one where you slow everything down a little more than usual and focus on deep pilates breathing as this will help calm the body and improve blod and oxygen flow. This was relaxing - a good before-bed routine. But I really most enjoy the more challenging workouts, especially barre and workouts with props. ❤️
