It is working very well i suffering from poor digestion consipitation since my 16 years age but i now 22 still sufferd any stoped going to college for one year I thought my life was gone after watching this i fell like a active and healthy person not like an ordinary man but super man thankyou sir for your help .

It’s so amazing and very important lesson you have shared to us. I am following so many Yogi’s and Vaid as I know the important of our rich Hindus culture which is given by our great gurus. I try to follow as much I can and I know it’s truly beneficial. Government should to Yoga compulsory in school or a working place. In a corporate life people are calling business expertise they should organise a Yoga class and spiritual speakers so that can beneficial for the employees. Life is all about health. thank you very much ☺️👍, I also go to bed now with an empty stomach, I am a young girl, but I spent more than a month with a strong reflux for years of eating and going to bed right away due to studies and work, now I have recovered by taking lemon, but before I lost 9 kilos that I didn't have to spare at all because I was already thin 😔 and now I still digest food slowly, I can only eat small portions, I can only eat some foods, the only thing I want is to go back to normal and eat everything like before and get fat 🙏✨️

Update for those who want to know. I do this pose everyday. I am not able to do it 10 minutes in 1 go, but i cured all my digestive problems. Only 4 weeks!!! 15 years of problems gone!

Superb way in which you explain this Vajrasana and veerasana ! Your simplicity and dedication to teaching this technique is exemplary . I am sincerely thanking you for this input . I am sixty years old and healthy except for constipation for which I have to take a laxative churns .my digestion needs to improve and with this asana I am sure I will benefit . The way to come out of vajrasana is very nice way to have a relaxed feeling ❤❤❤

I like how you explain things and give options to us Westerners that aren't flexible. I have varicose veins in my legs and wondering if staying in this position is bad. I can only do one minute right now but want to work up to longer. I am 70, eat healthy and exercise and eat a plantbased diet but have always had poor digestion/slow intestinal motility. I hope this and your other video on constipation will help me cause digestion and constipation are my two problems!

Thank you. Very clear explanation. I practice yoga and pranayama more regularly nowadays. Learned them almost 37 years ago, however never followed them regularly. Can you suggest something for my knee pain and rheumatic pain in my right hand? I never had these pains in the past; they are recent phenomenon. I am 74 and my I am diabetic.

Well explained Mr Prashant! Two questions: a)The pranayama: We only inhale through right and then exhale through left. Back to inhaling from right again, correct. This is not Anulom vilom right? b) How many breaths to take (considering inhaling and exhaling as one). Three times or five or seven etc? Thanks again.
