Eating late is the main cause, after sunset when you eat, the digestion becomes weak and it is not digested well and so it creates acid and creates burning sensation in stomach , chest, throat. Try to eat as early as you can and after half an hour of lunch or dinner walk for 10 minutes, your problem will be solved.😊
