I'm glad you mentioned Ayurveda. Sadly but most yoga teachers very conveniently ignore Ayurveda and only talk about Yoga. Also most yoga practitioners do not understand the difference between a Yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle. Though similar, both are quite different.
I never really understood yoga and the sattvic diet until i did a colon cleanse. So many impurities came out of me that when i was finally clear, i was wondering how to maintain a clean colon. And that’s when everything started to make sense, thanks for your clear and elaborate explanation, cant wait to try all these with a totally different mindset.

Jai Gurudev, when one goes to bed early, the last meal is at sunset. But most people sleep very late, like 10:30 p.m._to even 12pm/1 am the next day (TV, RUclips, reading, writing, working), at night you feel hungry and need to eat again, these foods also give a feeling of heaviness to enable sleep. Also, in general, some people need to feel light in the stomach, but other people need to feel heavy in the stomach in order to fall asleep.There are people who eat dinner between 6 and 8 pm, yet wake up at night or early in the morning and need to eat, the body demands the food, without that food this person cannot go back to sleep. You have knowledge and some solutions, I think it is related to childhood habits and different dosha types of the person , hormons ,and the modern lifestyle. Much love and gratitude.

I would love a video for rebuilding bone density and bone strength for people who have osteoporosis. I am only 53 years old and was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I am currently doing Dr. Fishman's 12 bone building yoga poses daily instructed by random teachers on you tube, but I would love to hear your thoughts on this disease and have a video taught by a master like you to guide me.
FYI my 88 year-old mother took a supplement called AlgaeCal and improved bone density by 5.7% in 3 months. The stuff is a little costly, but in her case has been really worth it.

most of what you said is correct, but some of it isn't, namely digestion times. What you eat has different transition times, and certainly not everything takes 30 hours. Some more, some less. God bless you for your beautiful knowledge!
