      @@saminaamir6577 @violetjere7933
There are many species of Rosemary. If you find a neighbor who has one with a nice aroma or strong odor, that's a good potent one. Take a cutting and put it in water. Change the water regularly and it should start sprouting roots pretty fast. Once you have roots you can put it in the ground. It's a pretty fast growing plant.
Probably the easiest way to consume the active ingredient is to take clippings and make tea. When I dehydrate it, strip it, and make a powder in my Vitamix, I just take half a teaspoon or more of the powder and chase it with some juice before I go to bed.

Thank for details & felt I ought share this that after around 20 years of having a table spoon of these seeds mixed daily besides hemp & included sesame seeds. It seemed to worsen the auto immune condition DH affecting my thyroid & peripheral neuropathy, needing to elimate high salicylate, oxalates & histamine foods besides gluten dairy eggs, night shade & cruciferous vegetables & most nuts with no processed foods @ all! Besides having spine & neck degeneration over the years, with food allergies from birth, wheat being the worst. When I stopped the seed mix brain fog & fatigue improved within a week! Elimanating the seeds I found linseeds the worst, Chia & sesame only ok 1 X a week or so & continued pumpkin seeds daily. With research I found that linseeds contain cynogen & with an accumulation or in excess turns into cynaide which can be fatal & also affects oxygen uptake in cells! Was a shocker & a relief find & feel it wasn't in excess daily yet perhaps an accumulation over 20 years. I wld appreciate any comments or further insight.

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  Год назад +27

Sunflower seeds do have many health benefits, but the reason they didn't make this talk is because of their high concentration of Omega 6 FA. Now, for someone who is following an extremely healthy diet, lots of vegetables, home cooked foods and not eating processed foods, then this isn't a problem because we do need Omega 6 FA. The problem is that this is not the typical person. The average person already consumes far too many Omega 6's driving inflammation.

@@tessmoore3762 sure I don’t mind, this recipe originally came from a RUclipsr nutrition refined (check out her channel), but I have added my own twist to it with different ingredients. also good as a cereal.
      • 2 cups buckwheat groats
      • 1/2 walnuts
      • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
      . 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
      • 1/4 cup chia seeds/hemp heart/ flax seed mix
      . 1/2 cup maple syrup
      . 1/3 cup almond butter
cinnamon ( I don’t measure I just mix in to my liking)
1/2 cup dried blueberries/tart cherry (I also used dark chocolate in a batch I baked once) mix in after baking
      1. MIx all ingredients
      2. Bake. Transfer the granola to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer. Bake the buckwheat granola at 300°F until fragrant and golden brown, for about 30 minutes. The granola can quickly go from golden to burnt, so keep an eye on it. The granola will still be soft when it's done baking, but it will harden once it cools.
      3. Let the granola cool completely and break it up to create clusters.
      4. Store. Leftover granola in an airtight container.

Hello, a very informative n in-depth video on nutritional benifits of these seeds. From generations, we take moringa leaves raw as food once a week and moringa powder a table spoon everyday with warm water in the morning . I see most of these components included in rich volumes in moringa powder, exception being the eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids. We are vegetarians n no fish. We take 5 pumpkin seeds n 2 table spoons flax seeds along with turmeric powder, gooseberry juice, a table spoon of Fenugreek seeds n black sesame seeds soaked overnight every morning first breakfast. We take flax seeds as follows - ground n immediately mix in butter milk n drink before going to sleep. Not sure if this is of any good for complete omega 3 fatty acids, put some light. We don't use hemp seeds. Do we need to use it with all above inputs already in place? Thx for reading until here. Cheers

You don't need to take all seeds and nuts everyday. Take one nut and one seed type per day and rotate everyday or your vitamix smoothie becomes a nasty thick sludge.

      Gluten free Garnola bars
      Step 1:
      Combine on a cookie sheet:
3 Cups gluten free rolled oats
172 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
Bake for 10-15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
      Step 2:
Combine in a bowl and set aside:
      cup unsweetenes orcanic coconut
cuo any orec crasis. raisins. chemes ec
      1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups unsalted nuts, roughly chopped
      172 cup flaxseed. finely ground
      STEP 3:
      in a Toocorocessor
      3 cups pitted organic dates
Process the dates till chopped then add:
      iso sea salt
      17 cinnamon
3/4 cup each: maple syrup, peanut or almond butter
      1 T vanilla
Process until well blended • Combine ingredients from all steps (I use my hands) and press into a parchment lined large
cake pan (9x13 is fine). Use parchment paper to press the mixture firmly and evenly into pan. Put in freezer for 1/2 hour. Lift the granola out of the pan using the paper as handles. Then cut into any size bar that's good for you. Put each bar in a sandwich bag. Then combine those
bags in gallon freezer bags. Then the bars are ready for work or whatever.
