I take all of these except vitamin E which I will add . I would like to mention magnesium glycinate even though it's not a vitamin it's helps with blood flow by relaxing the arteries and also restless legs syndrome. Thanks I found this information very helpful somethings I did not know.

I use magnesium gkycinate too, and my feet love it all the way to the gym🤸‍♂️⛹️ and they don't swell or itch as they used to. ☺️

@@robertriefer9312 Hemp seed oil is high in vitamin E & to utilise magnesium glycinate you must also have vitamin D3, consumed with a fatty food such as Avocado, not water, as you will urinate it out & diminish it's benefit, very quickly

Take natural Vitamin E, not the synthetic version. The synthetic vitamin E can cause cancer. Research Vitamin E before taking it. There are a lot of warnings out there about supplementing with Vitamin E.

I’m one of those rare crazy people that makes sure I’m ingesting my nutrients in my food every single day. I feel like everyone everywhere, should watch this video though, this is all invaluable information. We’re all given our one and only body in life. To not care for it is a tragedy. When I look at myself, I think about my mom. The strength it took to carry and give birth to me. I owe it to her to take care of my self as well as she took care of me.

Same problem, progressed to 26 waking per night from violent shocks. Tried this: full dropper of white iodine in glass of water, at bedtime. 10 day challenge. Day 4 had a 30% improvement. Day 10 at zero pain. Put away the cane. Stopped needing help down the stairs. Hiking and river swimming again. I dose if any symptoms try to recur. PS. Research said it would mess with my thyroid, it fixed mine.
These ment I had toooo much mercury in me. This strips it.

Did you know that improving blood circulation not only helps improve cardiovascular health but also brings energy and flexibility to the body? Vitamins like Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B3 (Niacin) can be great "companions" for your circulatory health. Vitamin E aids in preventing blood clot formation, while Vitamin C helps improve blood vessel health and reduce inflammation. Vitamin B3 not only helps dilate blood vessels but also enhances blood circulation, bringing healthy and rosy skin.
Have you ever tried adding these vitamins to your diet? Let's explore how these vitamins can help you have a healthier body and a stronger circulatory system!

You’re completely out of touch with how tidy of quantity is being talked about. Micrograms are tiny (Think smaller than the head of a pin) and in most cases of foods spread throughout the source.
The points made here were pretty good, but there are many caveats that come with this. For example, vitamin B 12 is stored in the liver and use as needed. You may find many hundreds of times the daily amount needed in 3 ounces of beef flavor or a dozen clams. Vitamin B, C are generally water soluble, and excess is peed out. So, you might only need 3 ounces of beef liver twice a month.
What isn’t said about vitamin C is pretty crucial. Vitamin C competes for absorption with sugar/glucose/fructose along the same pathway. So, you might only need 75-90mg of C, but if you eat lots of carbs and sugar you might need 1-2 grams of C. That vitamin is hard to quantify as well bcz C in the form of ascorbic acid is not the C found say in lemon or lime juice. Again we are talking about tiny amounts.
A 1/4 tsp of C in ascorbic acid is about 1-1.5 grams and many times what you need. If you take it with a cup of sweet coffee and a bagel with jam …. it’s probably worthless bcz of the sugar/glucose/fructose.
      Good luck with your measurements.
Best thing you can do for yourself is to get a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for 2-3 months and see how your blood sugar is affected by what you eat. That’ll make you think about the food and drinks you consume. And the vitamins you can actually absorb. Last thought… foods are the best sources for nutrients and supplements are marginal at best considering all the crap food products out there.
