    I suggest celery+pineapple +apple +ginger juice. Try it for 1 week. Best result, no more white tounge and no more acidity and indigestion

    Since centuries the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too naturally will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach; eventuelly later a second tablespoon castor oil.

      @@nicholasdoliszny7231 If the first tbsp castor oil is taken at 6AM, the second tbspshould be taken one hour later, so at 7AM and not at 9AM.

    After opration i was worried about these problems i was searching videos for this and after watching your constipation related videos mext morning I start doing malasan and TTK asan drinking 2glads warm water n boom i got relief and i do this asana on daily basis and now i m fine thank you 🙏 without aby doubt just follow what he says and see the results

    These days you can get kiwi fruit and dried or fresh figs in India. I have seen them in the winter time in Punjab
    Kiwi fruit has brown skin you cut it in half and scoop out and eat the green flesh. You can also get golden kiwis these days

    I take tablespoon organic castor oil every morn everyday . Gives dramatic evacuation . Great for lubricating all organs and joints. Body needs LOTS and lots of lubrication. 😊

    Donot worry guys...as i belong to a middle class family and i cure my constipation just by drinking atleast 4 to 5 bottles of water and " any 1 seasonal fruit " which is so cheap that
    anyone can afford it

    Papaya and kiwi can cause stomach cramps in IBS. Figs and plums are also high fidmap and not good for folks with digestive issues.

    I hear about papaya in the morning which is very helpful for digestive system and heard about anjir soaked overnight and eating in the mornings.

      Cristina if you have colitis, these fruits will have too much fiber for you. I have diverticulitis ( been a vegetarian all my life, genetics not good). I use fruit with less fiber. Sometimes, I have to let my intestines rest and just do liquids. His yoga exercises for constipation are very good. I use aloe vera juice and Mexican Avocado leaf tea is very good for colon inflammation. I find it dry at Mexican grocery store. Has to been from a species of a Mexican Avocado, one of the three families of avocado.

    I went from vegan to keto to carnivore and nothing has helped me more than the carnivore diet to manage my digestive problems, as I have SIBO. Carnivore heals, then you can start little by little to reintroduce certain foods

    I put castor oil on my tummy and it always cleanse my system in the morning. Also, I drink only water and I eat pineapple and kiwi to prevent blood clots. I take medications for my heart and can't be avoided.

    I do pass stool on regular basis in natural pressure, but still have hard stool, I drink enough water ( warm), and have milk in night with ghee

    Whoever wants to cure constipation has to strictly eat twice in a day with min 6hrs gap, that too only cooked vegetables with roti and no overeating when u r hungry and ur body needs food , avoid dal, rice, chana, rajma etc
    Simple thing that needs to be understand that when ingestion happens excretion process stops , thus food that takes fast to digest has to be eaten and gap of 6hrs will give time to the body to excreate the previous food in the body
    Fasting is the key.
    And going for long walks when not eaten anything
    Fasting for 6-8 hrs between the two meals of the day is difficult but if done. U will surely cure constipation for rest of life.

      Just give this a try🙏 this is the natural way to cure.
      We have seredentary lifestyle that is the only cause roti chawal etc grains are causing issues they take time to digest. we are eating alot and body is not getting time to work on the excretion process thats why it is getting accumulated inside
      Give the body time after eating(min 6hrs gap) so that body can digest the food properly and excrete it
      and if possible in that two meals of day less the quantity of roti and increase quantity of sabji( yes leave all the other things only vegetables with roti)
      When i faced this problem, with experience i understood this. And Thank God i didnt go in the direction of taking laxatives, medicines, churn etc.
