All good advice. I am a vegetable soup lover and this works for me if I have it every day. While I am out and about I will buy vegetables: carrots broccoli cauliflower cabbage brussles and anything I can make a soup with. As long as I have onions potatos and veggie stock cubes I can always make soup very quickly. If there's not a lot of time I will open a tin of vegetable soup. Always eat wholemeal bread if you must have bread. Brown rice is excellent too. For those who are always out and about with their work this is difficult so you must make sure you have access to fruit.

Thank you mam for this jeera khada. My son had stomach ache all tests done along with scanning of abdomon and pelvis. All results were normal. Still his stomach ache dint go. Frustrated going to doctors i searched in your tube for remedy and saw your video with lots of comments. It was Friday 4 o clock evening I did this khada and gave to my son. Let try, the simple way could solve your constipation: After waking up in the morning, before doing your teeth hygiene: 1) Take a small sip of warm water, 2) eat a fresh pear, (3) drink a cup of warm water. Pear has enough fibre for your body need for a day, and good bacteria in your saliva could help the first activity/ingestion of the digestion system. Good luck.
Actually..better solution is to use Magnesium Citrate liquid. It's very gentle and effective. A Colon massage and another trick is warm prune juice (4-8 ounces) you need very little. Drink on empty stomach every morning. Also everyone is different. You do not need to have a bowel movement every day. Some people every three days. Some every two days. It's different for everyone. It's outdated advice to tell people they must have a movement every day. Now if you go about four days with no movement every week or it's hard rabbit pellets..it's time for some at home remedies or maybe a prescription for Resilor, Trulance. Or over the counter Magnesium Citrate liquid or Senna. A visit to a Gastroenterologist. Even warm prune juice (on an empty stomach 4-8 ounces every morning) does the trick as I said before. 😊
I am normally very regular with my bowel movements however a heavy intake of painkillers following a procedure made me worried after returning home from hospital stay. Although I was given otc medication I did not want to take it and opted for normal home remedy which is when I came across your video. I used the mint and ginger tea decoction . I am 82 y old n I have daily free motion. Those suffering from constipation can try this for regular free motion everyday. Take half cup of instant oats, add two glasses of water n cook for 3 minutes. Eat after it cools down to warm. Oats have fibre which helps in free motion about half hour after eating.

I do yoga since 40 years. Gym since 6 years. Walk since 20 years active in house hold work. I am 76 years old retired principal. I drink 3 lit water daily. Eat carefully. Homemade food. Fruits and veges more. I cant write so much still having constipation. All you said I do it. I have diebities and thyriod but reports normal. 67 kg weight.

@@ivyhenriques2709 you don't have to purchase the powder, however you can do it on your own at home, just purchase methi dana (Fenugreek seed) from grocery stores and dry roast it on a low flame for 2-3 minutes till it pops, then cool it down then grind it and store it in a air tight container (do this powder in small batches for example 100gm at a time) and use it as said by sujata mam in this video (take 1tsp of Fenugreek seed powder with half glass of warm water at bedtime)

In my opinion, you need to do these things right and take responsibility for your own health if you want to get the right results. Merely expecting a divine intervention will not help. As they say... I do yoga since 40 years. Gym since 6 years. Walk since 20 years active in house hold work. I am 76 years old retired principal. I drink 3 lit water daily. Eat carefully. Homemade food. Fruits and veges more. I cant write so much still having constipation. All you said I do it. I have diebities and thyriod but reports normal. 67 kg weight.
Check maybe u are lactose intolerant, I was doing all this but still constipated. I stoped milk and am fine

@@ivyhenriques2709 you don't have to purchase the powder, however you can do it on your own at home, just purchase methi dana (Fenugreek seed) from grocery stores and dry roast it on a low flame for 2-3 minutes till it pops, then cool it down then grind it and store it in a air tight container (do this powder in small batches for example 100gm at a time) and use it as said by sujata mam in this video (take 1tsp of Fenugreek seed powder with half glass of warm water at bedtime)

I just heard your talk on constipation. It was very beneficial. I am 74 years so to sitting on the ground is difficult for me. I love yoga which I used to do earlier I know the exercises but it is difficult to go down also I have arthiritisin my hands and knees.

To get out of constipation & avoid it thereafter, there are modifications we need to make in our diet and lifestyle.
In my opinion, you need to do these things right and take responsibility for your own health if you want to get the right results.
