I can't do the exercise without rushing to the toilet to ease myself. This is working for me! I am 45 and struggled as long as I can remember with constipation and I have tried everything. I started this Tuesday evening, didn't have a bm Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning, probably because I woke up to late Wednesday morning and had to rush to work. I did this Wednesday night and Thursday morning and had an easy bm. First of all, in a few days, I have noticed that water elimination has improved through urination. For evacuation, it took me a month, but now it goes easily and smoothly every day. No more efforts, no more laxatives. Also I have lost weight. It is a miracle. I am very grateful for your sharing. Thankyou. I am on a lot of meds due to severe pain which include opioids so no surprise that I am severely constipated. I also have a poor diet due to not being able to prepare healthy meals or any meals really and of course my low budget. I have been suffering chronic constipation since 2019, been done all the tests n colonoscopy, the conclusion is slow motion of my intestine that cause hard stool n constipation. Thus, I have to take lactulose daily n recently I hv to increase from 20ml per day to 30ml but still hard to pass motion. It's really my fortune to come across this video accidentally! It works for me ! I can reduce my lactulose to 20 ml now n pass motion smoothly. I have been trying so many methods and this is the only one seems work for me! Will continue to do it , hopefully can slowly reduce lactulose n let me gut back to normal motion. Btw, this is also a sweaty exercise that good for overall body. Every morning I spend about 50 mins to complete all n sweat through out my body
Just drink 1 and half litre of water on empty stomach. If you cannot drink at a time you can drink slowly take 5 minutes gap and drink water again if still you are not feeling any bowel movement you can drink another half litre.while drinking water just concentrate on the water entering your stomach do not watch any tv or talking cell phone. I do this whenever I have constipation problem and this is working excellent for me.

Thank you for your excellent instruction. The exercises are some of the very best available. But a lot of intestinal issues are not caused by hardened and dry feces. In a large number of cases the intestines are effected by strictures, and prolapsus. Added to these exercises would be regular Hatha yoga routines; for example Salute the Sun types.

This also worked for me, my condition interfered with the first three days, the exercises on the 4th day worked, but I had to do that again on the 5th day also…I found that drinking 2 cups of lukewarm water throughout the day helps me, I find that I forget to drink water, I’m constipated, I’m 72 years old female and I need that water…if that helps someone else, I hope so.

Avoid mentally stressful situations, also, and avoid the people who are instigators of stress. Some people are born with this bowel problem, but because of the amount of physical discomfort it causes, it's quite a cruel condition.

I was having hemorrhoid before because of my hard stool and when I recover im having bad constipation which I can poop everyday but cannot empty my colon, and I don’t have the urge to poop even though I ate fiber everyday hope this will help me, thank you for sharing
I feel like these exercises will work. Its really hard to do hip hiker ones.. its hard to isolate the hips! my shoulders and everything else moves too plus my hands are hurting.
It does take some getting used to but you will adjust. My hands hurt too when I first tried the hip hiking and I was tired very quickly but after a couple of days, I no longer have the problem. Continue trying and you will see the difference. These exercises have really helped tremendously.

These have stopped my night sweats! I can sleep now without waking up drenched in sweat. Definitely balances the hormones.
