Do 36x in clockwise and anti clockwise direction 4) 4:44 smoothening the chi. Breath out-hands down. Do 9 to 12x Good video🎉subscribed
I have a digestive chronic illness. and doing these exercises help relieve the pain I feel and also feeling more energized. It makes me feel like i have some sort of control in regards to my pain. By any chance doc, Do you have any more qi gong techniques or advice on how to practice qi gong for people who are diagnosed with chronic illnesses? Thank you so much for putting these valuable vids out. You have no idea how grateful I am, Doc. 🙏🏽
Thank you, will be practicing these, been having digestive issues since covid but have gotten better, had an ultrasound yesterday no gallbladder stones and all organs healthy, just bad gases ,heartburn and acid reflux past couple of months but have recovered.
@@cjjones-x4r I started eating more fermented foods and yogurt as well as kefir every once in a while, also Qi gong, meditation and walking.I drink chamomile tea with multiflower honey and oat milk and that also has greatly helped.
Alex! After following along with this video two times, I had the most successful and easy bowel movement after being constipated all day long. Thank you my friend for sharing your wisdom and beautiful practice. ❤❤
A really helpful and well-explained video. I’ve been doing Qigong for awhile for strength and flexibility but I never thought to use it on digestion until now. Thank you! My sluggy-spleen is already burning brighter now as my stomach feels lighter!
Thank you so much...I am enteral fed via a tube into my stomach and often have issues with my bowels. I'm so looking forward to trying this and not frantically looking for toilets when I go out. A new lease on life.
New to your channel Doctor Hui. For the last two days after I have dinner, I get a stomachache at the upper part of my stomach. I’m hoping these movements work. Thank you.
Hi Alex, I've been doing Qi gong every morning now for 2 months. I follow 3 different Sensei and doing exercises diligently and it help me a lot. Adding your exercises sounds wonderful. Thank you ☺️🙏
Thank you once again. I just got home from shopping (which I do not like to do). After carrying all the groceries in, my stomach was doing flip flops. I sat in front of the computer and THIS is the first video that came up. I did it right away. I have to tell you the the queasiness is gone already. I don't pretend to understand how this works, but I sure do like that it does.
Hi Joan I am so glad it helped! The basic explanation is because these pressure points links to your digestive system by energy channels that are called “meridians”. And even for me who have been studying this for years is still trying to figure out about meridians!😊
I would really appreciate if you could do a chi going exercise focusing on constipation. I just discovered yr channel. I love following yr exercises. Thank you
Hi. Glad I found your video, Alex. Every year around spring/summer I get diarrhea for weeks and weeks, with no real medical explanation. I am very studied in mind/body and how emotions affect the body. I believe this is an energy that is stuck in my body and it is also a conditioning by my brain to occur every year. I will try this method and hopefully it will help. Thank you!
Due to temperature changes in the human body diarrhea can be induced. Temperature change through the year can in vernal cause a vast array issues even beyond digestive issues.
Good morning Dr.Alex l am a Parkinson and 0steoperorsis patient.l have been following your digestion exercise for constipation and bloating. I find it very good. What other exercises are good for my Parkinson Disease 😮and Osteoporosis . please let me know Dr Alex. I got Hip or back pain.Thank you

Thank you so much for all your videos! I'm really glad that found your channel 😊 Could you please help me to understand what qigong exercises can be done during periods? Is there a particular rule for what should be excluded? Or should I reduce the amount of exercises? Are there exercises, that can be done without any limitations during periods? Or maybe it's better to make a break for several days? Or maybe it depends on overall activities (e.g. if a women has sedentary job, she can do the exercises, if the job involves active movements, than it's better to reduce amount of exercises or even stop doing them)? Can this particular exercises for digestion and "5 animals" be done during periods? Thank you ❤
So helpful, thank you! These exercises are powerful, and you explain and demonstrate them clearly. Would you kindly eliminating the music? Silence seems to be a healing element in QiGong and TaiChi practice; the music feels like a distraction.
Thank you for your feedback! I will make sure the videos in the future are not distracting. Unfortunately I can’t eliminate the music in this video since it’s already uploaded. For this video, perhaps you could memorize the movements then practice it on your own, or after watching the first time you could mute it and follow. Hope this helps! 😊 P.S. I love Bach btw!

Hello Dr. Hui: I just found you site. I listened and did the exercises for high blood pressure. It helped me some but my b/p keep fluxiating to the point where I am literally scared to check it. I'm wondering if my thyroid have an input in this b/c I had a minor surgery on my hyperthroidisy in 2005 also had partial hysterectomy that same year from that point onwards my b/p has been problematic. Thank you in advance for your advice on this matter. Thank you so much for your videos. Presence, peace, blessings and guidance..
Love your video! Thank you much sifu! I will definitely practice it. Is these exercises good for hernia? I been doing qigong daily for about a year and it's help greatly my high blood pressure & diabetes & high cholesterol. But the hernia in my abdomen is the hardest to get rid of. So I hope your qigong exercises help me!
What is my intention supposed to be when I'm doing the "rolling the tai chi ball". Also are my knees supposed to be slightly soft bent? I like your videos but it would be really helpful if you could shoot some more zoom outs and close ups and if you could guide us a bit more with the breathwork (inhalation adn exhalation), knees position, and are the hand movements initiating from the elbows and the intention that we must hold in our mind? If you could do the full session with us for the recommended 12 or 36 times that would be a great session. Thanks for all your videos.
I've read at many places that for acid stomach, heartburn and acid reflux, as well as the stomach and spleen meridians, the liver meridian could also be unbalanced. Is that true or should I focus on spleen and stomach?
Thank you for showing us these great exercises! I have a question: there is a common way to start Qui Gong by calming our mind and concentrate on the center point. Is there a common way or best way to close our daily Qui Gong routine?
