Eat more fruits and vegetables 2. Chew your food really really well 3. DRINK WATER 4. Try to move more through out the day 5. Replace some meals with soup (this one is VERY helpfull) 6. It worked, thank you so much. Yesterday I upped my fibre (banana on toast, more water, 6 prunes, 14 almonds and a pear). I did this exercise before bed and in the morning. After whilst having my warm glass of water, it came out! Since covid, constipation has come out of nowhere.

@We Are Gamers Try stool softener which has macrogol 4000 in it. Use it only 2 weeks but idk can you take it longer if its not helping then you could talk to doctor.

@We Are Gamers Well there's many which has macrogol in it but you could try macrogol ratiopharm or pegorion with macrogol 4000. It takes 1-3 days to work.
After a serious operation, my prolonged use of medication gave me something I never experienced before. Constipation. For a while I was dependent on laxatives. Then I stumbled onto your video, and along with modifying my eating habits, I’m doing far better than before. Prior to my surgery I always took care of myself, exercised and watched my weight. Less than 5 mins. Less than 5 mins after watching this video I had a bowel movement. I’m still constipated, so I’m not fully cured, but these exercises are starting to make me realize that I probably need more exercise in my life (as well as diet changes of course). oh well, I'm trying everything: eating veggies, walking, some breathing techniques to ease my anxiety and, let me tell you, it got better, but constipation is still here kicking in. I just hope this will help me, because I'm honestly tired to depend on laxatives. I hope y'all get better guys
Too much dependency on laxatives make your constipation worse. From what my doc said (I have ibs), using laxatives and enemas make your bowel muscles lose their ability to push the bowels through. It'll be dependent on the medicine. So maybe take a break from them for a while.
@@Alyssa-senpai yeah that's what i've been trying to do lately. I've stopped taking too many lasxatives, i use them just in case of emergency, without using them too much. But yeah, i hope that as time passes i can finally get rid of those (I truly doubt it, but what else can we do?)
Osmotic laxatives, such as miralax, do not cause dependency the way stimulant laxatives, such as senna based laxatives, do. When increasing fiber, do so slowly. As a woman, aim for 26 g daily
Hey I know this comment was 3 years ago but I'm also experiencing the same thing... I also have constipation for I think about 3 years now too. I've tried everything and used prune juice as an alternative to poop but I know I can't always depend on It so this will be my day 1 of trying to get better
Hi Michelle. I had constipation, more like a blockage, one morning and tried walking, drinking plenty water, but no progress. After trying to move my bowels for several hours my bowel muscles had become weak and ineffective. I had almost given up when I decided to try RUclips and found your video. I carried out the exercises and within a short period of time (10mins approx) I had the urge followed then by a successful passage. FYI - as my bowel muscles were so exhausted I resorted to the Asian style posture with my feet on the seat which also helped. Thank you so much for showing your exercises. God bless you.

Do this excercise and don't do the stomach massage dryly put oil in your belly button and all over your stomach and then do the massage(let the oil sit)and afterwards drink a glass or two of milk I have chronic constipation which means that I get constipated even after I go to the bathroom so this helps alot obviously you need to eat alot of fiber,drink water and excercise minimum for an hour you can also dance or do any physical activity which allows you to move alot for and hour Hope this helps anyone❤

This actually worked. I was sceptical at first because to be honest when you have tried so many things and it didn't work out you lose hope. But I tried this and I felt so great. All my stress for pooping went away. And after that I felt the urge to go and I cleared my bowel🎉. It was truly relaxing and comfy to do the exercise. For those fighters out there still struggling just relax and stop worrying for a second. You might be constipated but do not be mentally constipated. Trust me just relax and it will be fine. Do not lose hope.

I've been doing these exercises for 3 days now and they seem to have helped a lot. I'll continue doing them daily. The painful cramping has subsided quite a bit and my bathroom time is MUCH easier. I'm lactose intolerant and I'm new to taking medicine for it so sometimes I take too little pills and get constipated. Today was the worst it's ever been, so bad that it hurt when I sat down. These helped me a lot ❤

My son has had problems for about 20 years now he gets a pulsing swelling and pain on his lower left side.. He is having problems with constant constipation, hes mentioned he gets mucus and sometimes blood..He was recently on a laxative drink he eventually goes to the bathroom and said he passed dark stools..He hasn't had much medical help they aren't listening to him.. He needs advice, he's prudish about talking about this problem to anyone hes lost confidence in doctors...

I was taught by a massage therapist to massage from left to right under the ribcage, and right to left beneath the belly button. It is a relief to feel the gut movement.

This worked like magic when I did all of the exercises but before doing them I took ORS (orange flavour- Its a drink for preventing acidity and helps with dehydration). Soon after I drink about Two cups of water with mint leaves and Waited for about an hour or 1½ hour and it worked!!! Thank you so much!
After four days I tried a stool softener--nope. After five days a suppository--nope. After six days I practiced the exercises on this video along with its soothing music and directions--RELIEF!!!!

One medical website I've read cites a study that says 100g of prunes (which is more than ten of them) are necessary for relieving constipation, but other articles online say three or four a day. I'm confused 🤔
@Russel Schwartz lmao, yeah i tried laxative and fiber and all sorts of stuff to help me go but nothing ever helped untill i came across this video and that first time i did it the next morning i woke up to go urgently and it was a relief. I did those stretched a good 3 times to help everything flow. I now do it every now and then.
I’m very embarrassed to say this on here but genuinely thank you so much - I haven’t gone in almost 2 weeks and I did your excerises. I was disappointed when I thought it didn’t work but I constantly massaged my stomach for more than 10 minutes straight then I went on to do things. I could barely do it as I needed to rush to the bathroom! I got it out and this is was the least painful and quickest I’ve got it out. I’m truly very thankful 🎉🎉

This works. As someone who has just started working out consistently for three weeks now, I realized that it’s also important to teach your body to relax. These exercise really do work and help relax the muscles that are preventing your body from feeling the need to poop. I did this and about halfway through I finally could feel the need to poop 💩 Nothing better than to poop before the day starts 😊

I had surgery done yesterday. My pain killers really back me up… I’ve been keeping myself as hydrated as possible and I’ve been taking advantage of the treadmill since yesterday-going on little strolls and such as my mom suggests. Hopefully these will help me out as well! ☺️

It worked, thank you so much. Yesterday I upped my fibre (banana on toast, more water, 6 prunes, 14 almonds and a pear). I did this exercise before bed and in the morning. After whilst having my warm glass of water, it came out!
Since covid, constipation has come out of nowhere.
My aunt came in, as I sat on toilet. Immediately it was over with bowel movement. 😭😭 What do you think ??

@We Are Gamers Well there's many which has macrogol in it but you could try macrogol ratiopharm or pegorion with macrogol 4000. It takes 1-3 days to work.

Less than 5 mins. Less than 5 mins after watching this video I had a bowel movement. I’m still constipated, so I’m not fully cured, but these exercises are starting to make me realize that I probably need more exercise in my life (as well as diet changes of course). oh well, I'm trying everything: eating veggies, walking, some breathing techniques to ease my anxiety and, let me tell you, it got better, but constipation is still here kicking in. I just hope this will help me, because I'm honestly tired to depend on laxatives. I hope y'all get better guys
Too much dependency on laxatives make your constipation worse. From what my doc said (I have ibs), using laxatives and enemas make your bowel muscles lose their ability to push the bowels through. It'll be dependent on the medicine. So maybe take a break from them for a while.

@@Alyssa-senpai yeah that's what i've been trying to do lately. I've stopped taking too many lasxatives, i use them just in case of emergency, without using them too much. But yeah, i hope that as time passes i can finally get rid of those (I truly doubt it, but what else can we do?)

Osmotic laxatives, such as miralax, do not cause dependency the way stimulant laxatives, such as senna based laxatives, do. When increasing fiber, do so slowly. As a woman, aim for 26 g daily

I've tried everything and used prune juice as an alternative to poop but I know I can't always depend on It so this will be my day 1 of trying to get better
Hi Michelle. I had constipation, more like a blockage, one morning and tried walking, drinking plenty water, but no progress. After trying to move my bowels for several hours my bowel muscles had become weak and ineffective. I had almost given up when I decided to try RUclips and found your video. I carried out the exercises and within a short period of time (10mins approx) I had the urge followed then by a successful passage. FYI - as my bowel muscles were so exhausted I resorted to the Asian style posture with my feet on the seat which also helped. Thank you so much for showing your exercises. God bless you.

Do this excercise and don't do the stomach massage dryly put oil in your belly button and all over your stomach and then do the massage(let the oil sit)and afterwards drink a glass or two of milk I have chronic constipation which means that I get constipated even after I go to the bathroom so this helps alot obviously you need to eat alot of fiber,drink water and excercise minimum for an hour you can also dance or do any physical activity which allows you to move alot for and hour

Thank you. Have been constipated for a week. This helped create a bowel movement, almost immediately.
This actually worked. I was sceptical at first because to be honest when you have tried so many things and it didn't work out you lose hope. But I tried this and I felt so great. All my stress for pooping went away. And after that I felt the urge to go and I cleared my bowel🎉. It was truly relaxing and comfy to do the exercise. For those fighters out there still struggling just relax and stop worrying for a second. You might be constipated but do not be mentally constipated. Trust me just relax and it will be fine. Do not lose hope.

My son has had problems for about 20 years now he gets a pulsing swelling and pain on his lower left side.. He is having problems with constant constipation, hes mentioned he gets mucus and sometimes blood..He was recently on a laxative drink he eventually goes to the bathroom and said he passed dark stools..He hasn't had much medical help they aren't listening to him.. I was taught by a massage therapist to massage from left to right under the ribcage, and right to left beneath the belly button. It is a relief to feel the gut movement.

This worked like magic when I did all of the exercises but before doing them I took ORS (orange flavour- Its a drink for preventing acidity and helps with dehydration). Soon after I drink about Two cups of water with mint leaves and Waited for about an hour or 1½ hour and it worked!!! Thank you so much!
After four days I tried a stool softener--nope. After five days a suppository--nope. After six days I practiced the exercises on this video along with its soothing music and directions--RELIEF!!!!

I did those stretched a good 3 times to help everything flow. I now do it every now and then.

I was disappointed when I thought it didn’t work but I constantly massaged my stomach for more than 10 minutes straight then I went on to do things. I am so pleased I found your video I get IBS and have been having problems recently. Constipated for 5 days and getting worried took a laxitive but only helped a bit, now I going to do this every day - thanks so much
This works. As someone who has just started working out consistently for three weeks now, I realized that it’s also important to teach your body to relax. These exercise really do work and help relax the muscles that are preventing your body from feeling the need to poop.
I did this and about halfway through I finally could feel the need to poop 💩
Nothing better than to poop before the day starts 😊
I have long had IBS-C and recently had a very difficult bout even having to see the doctor. After only doing these exercises twice, everything is moving. Thankyou!!! I will keep doing these exercises daily...they are amazing!

I swear by this...this is the second time I needed this video. I fast so I get constipation. I swear the most important part is to let your body go and feel no stress durring this exercise. I did this video and I went 💩.

I had surgery done yesterday. My pain killers really back me up… I’ve been keeping myself as hydrated as possible and I’ve been taking advantage of the treadmill since yesterday-going on little strolls and such as my mom suggests. Hopefully these will help me out as well! ☺️
