    This class was deeply nourishing and relaxing. My belly feels warm and full of life. Those seated side stretches really did feel so good, I could've continued on for 5 more minutes!     The lean to left and right is really effective, i have ibs c, and bloating. my belly is heavy and tight on the right its so bad,i only do the left right and the twist and now i dont feel any discomfort no more. thank you ❤

    Although I have no issues with my gut, I thought why not give it a bit of attention and love. Loved the practice and my bowels are smiling 🏵️🌼🏵️🙏🏼
