When they were testing out the new device around 41:00 the extra talking and voices really reminded me of how busy and talkative a classroom is. It also sounded like the same little kid speaking to them each time which is super cool.

You know… I’ve started getting into this channel a few days ago once I started watching The Conjuring House series. And it’s completely changed how I see the afterlife and spirits in general. It’s been an awakening of sorts. And I know I’m not the only one to sense this shift. I feel like one of many who have started watching you guys and opening up to your perspectives of this kind of work, your investigations, and the findings as well. Spirits can’t travel through screens. At least not the ones present in the building they are in. I think if you don’t feel safe while watching this then its best if you just do prayers in your own home like I do sometimes. That way Its easier for people who want to find the real comments. I don’t mean to be rude but some of us do find it a bit tiring seeing 95% of sam and colby’s videos flooded with these. Spirits WONT read your comment they are spirits.
spirits can travel through screen the popular series ghost adventurers they have a famous museum with things they bought or found they have a doll in there and if u look it in the eyes it can get attached to you or mess with you/haunt you through the screen but this is because it has a really powerful demon in it xx

It makes me happy that you guys are so respectful and don't (always) immediately jump to conclusions when you get a response that could be scary. You can infer context from other words and history. So many other ghost hunters freak out and immediately assume it's a bad spirit after asking "Is anyone here" and getting a "Hello" back. I honestly think this is why you get so much activity. Bc sure, you guys get scared a lot. But you calm down and talk about what happened. Sometimes even coming back to apologize and/or talk more if you ran out (older videos). I think the Spirit world knows about you and forgives the occasional outburst bc you're so respectful. You own your space and respect theirs. As mediums should.
Also I’d like to add: when they say the devil they might think Sam and Colby are the devil due to when they were living stuff like this and medium communication/talking to the dead was considered the devil’s work
them being so loud is one of the things that freaked me out, because I know for fact ghosts don't like loud voices "especially in a case like this", ghosts don't like it when someone invades their personal space. loved the video so much

I'm not entirely sure how it works in the U.S as i'm from the UK but here when a visitor comes to a school they are required to be supervised by a high-ranking staff member 24/7 to ensure the children's safety, so it does make sense that the principal would be watching you whilst you're talking to their students. Even though you are the owners the inhabitants of the grounds obviously don't fully accept you there yet and it would make sense that the principal would feel protective over the children in their care, especially whilst there are strangers around! I know this is all pre-filmed but the way i personally would have gone about it is entering like i were a visitor of the school and making communication with the principal first to introduce myself and then move from there. Please please please continue going back there after hell week, it'll be so cool to see you both actually building a relationship with the people that dwell there!
Honestly, this kinda makes sense. The principal could just be protecting the children but, they all seemed scared of him the entire time so idk, you could be right though we’ll just have to wait until part 2.

Watching this while being about 15 minutes away from the School is a little surreal. Grew up hearing about the Farrar Schoolhouse, so I’m very excited for this series. Almost went to an overnight lock-in there a few years back, but it was cancelled a few weeks before. Now I’m wondering if it was because they determined the building was too dangerous due to needed repairs.

I actually went to an elementary school with a cemetery next to it. It was separated by a fence but kids would get yelled at for getting too close to it during recess. I remember kids talking about crawling figures, crying babies, tall creatures. Unrelated but our playground also had to get remodeled because something they had used in the creation of it caused a few kids to get cancer, so they moved it even further from the cemetery.

You guys need to Explore the abandoned school apollo high school in Burlington Iowa. It's said it was built on top of a cemetery and not all the bodies were removed before they built on it. Also is said to be a sacred native American cemetery.
I live in Davenport Iowa and I’ve heard about it also there is an old school here that is haunted that they turned into a nursing home and everyday I hear more horror stories about it

Because I know they can scare people and fear them but I’m very brave enough to face my demons. Sometimes I do jokes with spirits but I’m just not being disrespectful or rude way to demons. My mum and I started watching you guys for a while now, we both love the paranormal. But we’ve also found joy in watching you guys’ older exploration videos and prank wars as well. This year my mum was diagnosed with cancer and it’s been difficult. She’s had 6 rounds of chemotherapy and this Thursday she has a scan to check where she’s at and if it’s working. Throughout all of this we have both found peace, distraction and comfort in watching your videos. They’ve brought happiness in such dull times. Our days are slow and as her carer I spend my days by her side and I can truthfully say that we will watch your videos for hours and we forget about our problems for that time and I’m very appreciative of that. I just wanted to you guys know how much your content can make a difference in peoples lives.Especially mine and my mums.

I live a few minutes away from this school, and my dad has investigated this place a few times. It feels awesome to see my favorite RUclipsrs buy a haunted place a few minutes away from where I live!
The spirits go quiet or unresponsive on two occasions: 1. When talking about the most haunted room (aka the basement and/or the boiler room) [41:10] 2. When talking about a tricky, or rather a "trickster", spirit. [42:10] Now my theory is that a demonic entity is masking itself as a principal, and dominates over spirits.

When I went to school there, the rumors were of a janitor from the 60's, not sure on the timeframe, took children into the boiler room. The rumors said he liked children inappropriately, and extremely bad things would happen to kids that got too close to the boiler room. The 2nd ghost was a child that would appear next to the oak tree that was next to the playground just across the street from the cemetery. The 2 rumors sometimes combined and said the kid was one of the Janitor's victims that he buried under the oak

It makes me happy that you guys are so respectful and don't (always) immediately jump to conclusions when you get a response that could be scary. You can infer context from other words and history. So many other ghost hunters freak out and immediately assume it's a bad spirit after asking "Is anyone here" and getting a "Hello" back. I honestly think this is why you get so much activity. Bc sure, you guys get scared a lot. But you calm down and talk about what happened. Sometimes even coming back to apologize and/or talk more if you ran out (older videos). I think the Spirit world knows about you and forgives the occasional outburst bc you're so respectful. You own your space and respect theirs. As mediums should.

I'm not entirely sure how it works in the U.S as i'm from the UK but here when a visitor comes to a school they are required to be supervised by a high-ranking staff member 24/7 to ensure the children's safety, so it does make sense that the principal would be watching you whilst you're talking to their students. Even though you are the owners the inhabitants of the grounds obviously don't fully accept you there yet and it would make sense that the principal would feel protective over the children in their care, especially whilst there are strangers around! I know this is all pre-filmed but the way i personally would have gone about it is entering like i were a visitor of the school and making communication with the principal first to introduce myself and then move from there. Please please please continue going back there after hell week, it'll be so cool to see you both actually building a relationship with the people that dwell there!
In the US, all you have to do is sign in at the front desk. Then you get a badge and are free to roam, basically.
Honestly, this kinda makes sense. The principal could just be protecting the children but, they all seemed scared of him the entire time so idk, you could be right though we’ll just have to wait until part 2.

Almost went to an overnight lock-in there a few years back, but it was cancelled a few weeks before. Now I’m wondering if it was because they determined the building was too dangerous due to needed repairs.

I actually went to an elementary school with a cemetery next to it. It was separated by a fence but kids would get yelled at for getting too close to it during recess. I remember kids talking about crawling figures, crying babies, tall creatures. Unrelated but our playground also had to get remodeled because something they had used in the creation of it caused a few kids to get cancer, so they moved it even further from the cemetery.

You guys need to Explore the abandoned school apollo high school in Burlington Iowa. It's said it was built on top of a cemetery and not all the bodies were removed before they built on it. Also is said to be a sacred native American cemetery.

My mum and I started watching you guys for a while now, we both love the paranormal. But we’ve also found joy in watching you guys’ older exploration videos and prank wars as well. This year my mum was diagnosed with cancer and it’s been difficult. She’s had 6 rounds of chemotherapy and this Thursday she has a scan to check where she’s at and if it’s working. Throughout all of this we have both found peace, distraction and comfort in watching your videos. They’ve brought happiness in such dull times. Our days are slow and as her carer I spend my days by her side and I can truthfully say that we will watch your videos for hours and we forget about our problems for that time and I’m very appreciative of that. I just wanted to you guys know how much your content can make a difference in peoples lives.Especially mine and my mums.

Now my theory is that a demonic entity is masking itself as a principal, and dominates over spirits.
This is what I understand too.

When I went to school there, the rumors were of a janitor from the 60's, not sure on the timeframe, took children into the boiler room. The rumors said he liked children inappropriately, and extremely bad things would happen to kids that got too close to the boiler room.
The 2nd ghost was a child that would appear next to the oak tree that was next to the playground just across the street from the cemetery.
The 2 rumors sometimes combined and said the kid was one of the Janitor's victims that he buried under the oak
