  • 🌟 Namasté everyone and welcome to today’s yoga practice. In this class, we will mainly focus on nurturing our back, neck, shoulders, and chest area - all those areas often craving attention after hours at a desk.
    🧘🏼‍♀️This class is for yogis who have previous experience with online yoga and have a basic understanding of the fundamental poses. If you’re a beginner, you can do this as well, but as always remember to honor your body's needs and boundaries. Let’s begin.
