  • 🌟 Welcome, everyone! My name is Emma, and I'm delighted to connect with you. Today, we'll rise and energize with this full-body, on-the-go vinyasa class designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles, while also focusing on aiding digestion.
    The class begins with a quick seated warm-up of side bends, twists, and cat/cows before moving into the main sequence, which includes a creative yet seamless flow of chair pose, crescent lunge, warrior II, reverse warrior, and extended side angle variation.
    The flow continues onto the floor with yogi squat, bridge pose, and reclined twist variation. The sequence ends with savasana to allow you to feel the effects of today's class and set you up for the day ahead.
