25 Min Stress Relieving Yoga Flow

  • Feeling stressed, anxious and tired? Give this 25 min. stress relief routine a try to soothe your nervous system and gently stretch your entire body. Calming melodies will play in the background, enhancing the depth of your practice.
    We begin in child’s pose and gently transition into a soothing side stretch and seated neck roll. The sequence flows seamlessly through cat/cow movements to cobra and locust poses, promoting shoulder and chest openness. Transitioning to seated toe and wrist stretches, downward facing dog, standing forward fold, and pigeon pose. Furthermore, the sequence incorporates a reclined hamstring stretch, mobility exercises for the feet and ankles, and a supine spinal twist pose. The class culminates in a 5 min. savasana, offering a state of total relaxation and recovery.
    Bring a blanket to this session, if you have one. No worries if not.
