Is it similar to pysillium...i found i took more tyan couple capsules of pysillium it was messing wuth me...i deal witg brain fig drunkness mental heaktg stuff abd takes my meds befire bed and i think maybe two scoops 30g scoops waa interfering with meds but there is like 8 hour gap between those meds and 2 hour gap with other thyroid med...i wonder if any of the flaxmeal getting left in gut abd messing with stuff..i reafmd pysillium can could do that
Ground flax seed is definitely a super food with benefits that go beyond blood pressure reduction. After receiving several bags of soured ground flax seed, I started buying raw, sproutable seeds and grinding them fresh. The pre-ground, packaged seeds loose much of their nutritional value within a few days. By refrigerating the raw seeds and grinding them fresh daily, one is more likely to receive the full benefit from this wonderful nutraceutical.
what are your thoughts on unsweetened flax milk? I have Crohn's disease and hesitate to eat any seeds no matter how well ground.

Also HIGH in CADMIUM! Which is poisonous to your body. Europe has higher standards for cacao and chocolates and less CADMIUM
I have fought with severe RLS for over 35 years. I have been through benzo withdrawals because my Dr.s have used Klonopin to treat this extremely frustrating condition. As it turns out, the only thing I needed to make this go away was an electrolyte supplement daily. I now have no symptoms of RLS. Using only only one packet of an electrolyte supplement mixed with one cup of cold water. I truly wish someone had told me years sooner. Electrolytes worked for me from the first night I tried them.
A Delta-8 gummie relieves it all and I sleep better too.
According to an Indian doctor you are giving your family way too much. No more than 2 tablespoons max.

First time I heard that high of an amount. Four tablespoons sounds like a lot.
It’s what was in the study! But starting with any will boost fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. I have found it easy to substitute ground flax for 1/4 cup of flour in any baked good recipe (like muffins!)

I've been taking 3 to 4 tbsp a day for a month now with no results? How long does it usually take to affect your blood pressure?

My solution was sitting in the.morning sun.for 15 minutes and exposing my legs and back it's works well
I have it in my cereal in the morning sometimes.. just a grounded tablespoon sometimes less then a tablespoon.. as long as it’s in the diet it’s good.. I think having scoops full a day is over doing it. Then again to each their own.
I'm just learning about Flaxseed and how Amazing it is for your Health ❤️ Great video! My Dr just put me on a Cholesterol medication yesterday.. I would really love to just try flaxseed Everyday. Do i have to talk to my Dr about switching to flawseed?

Get the ground Flax seed
I use it on my spinach, cucumber, roma tomato salad along with nutritional yeast. I use three to four tablespoons per day. It is also good on any salad. I take it along with other vitamins, leafy greens, raw beets, turmeric, ginger, good fats, and heathy proteins. Along with riding my exercise bike and walking to improve my blood pressure. Along with weight lose, proper diet, and exercise I lowered my blood pressure by 70 points just using a heath approach. Note: Being overweight, lack of exercise, and eating sugars and carbs are some of the worst reasons for high blood pressure. I like as a adult using a strict Keto diet to maintain heath. Sugar and high carbs is what causes clog arteries due to them being inflamed. Sugars and high carbs damage your arteries and then your body heals the damage using cholesterol. It you stop eating sugars/carbs the damage will not happen. Your body make about 2000 mg of cholesterol everyday on its own. People a hundred to two hundred years ago didn't have heart issues like we do today because they didn't live on sugar/and carbs. They lived on vegetables, beans, some meat, moderate grain carbs.

I think this is true, lowered mine, I've been using it for a month, I just drink it with cold water in the morning, over and done with, doesn't taste unpleasant, just weird because it's grainy water
Be more careful with advice! Go even lighter, like 1/2 teaspoon every 2 or 3 days, to see how the individual reacts. It's very nutritious, yes. But some can react to just a small amount. And can get them too low, pressure wise.
Are you putting it in unground I have been putting it in right out of the bag a lot of people are grinding it up . I ve been putting it on my salads and my oat meat un ground . Do you think I should grind it up I just ground up a little in the coffee grinder
I also have hole flax seeds the way you said I fist bought ground ones omg I found it horrible ,not nice at all so rather than have none I have mine unground 😊

No, often they pass undigested through the intestines. To get the benefits, and what was tested in this study, was ground seeds.

What is jet lag

I don’t necessarily agree- plant based foods are often much cheaper than meats. Flour, fruit, beans/legumes, rice. These are all affordable foods!

In the reviews for that brand of cacao I saw that there was a prop California warning saying it had lots of cadmium, and some brands (I don’t know about this one) also have high amounts of lead as well. What do you recommend?

Is there evidence to say people who eat organic foods live longer? Largely I try to follow the “dirty dozen” list for produce
I dumped a half a cup in a bowl of cereal. Seems like it takes forever to eat. Can i just consume the whole cup daily freshly ground?
No need to peel the lemon. With a good blender it won’t be noticed
