    I used to make a carrot/apple smoothie. It was really good. It regulated a person and also left them feeling refreshed. Feel free to use the recipe: Baby carrots, Gaja Apples, Yogurt, Ice, and Water.

      Thank you! I will try that, I always forget about carrots in smoothies but carrot juice can be so good. I think my kids would love it too
