    So I know I love lemonade and juice so I started drinking cold tea (non sugared) instead of something sugary.
    Also I started incorporating ground flaxseed and flaxseed oil ❤️ working on making healthy choices.

    I'd like to consume more natural sugars instead of high fructose corn syrup. I know eating more fruit is a great way to do that.

      Yes and the more you remove processed sugar and high fructose corn syrup from your diet the sweeter natural sugars, in fruit, taste!

      @@HealthyFamilyDoc Thank God our bodies adapt to new diets like you've describe. Processed sugar probably doesn't taste as good after going natural.
