    Eating fresh raw green pepper's plus fresh tomato's with balsamic oil and apple cider vinegar as a snack this week.

      Yes!! Peppers are super high on Vit C. And the bonus vinegar (with the ACV) helps to keep blood sugar steady too, and may help with weight loss if that’s a goal of yours

    Is there any validity to the apple cider vinegar health claims? I drank a small cup the other day. Might incorporate it into the diet if it's actually beneficial.

      There actually is, small studies (and 1 funded by a vinegar company) but it appears to be helpful in controlling blood sugars by reducing a blood sugar spike after meals or overnight and can help women with polycystic ovarian syndrome. The study done looking at weight loss showed 4lbs weight loss over 3 months a small amount of weight but most of it was belly fat. 2 teaspoons may be enough, up to 1-2 tablespoons- I have a video on weight loss tops coming up and I cover it some in that one too!

      @@HealthyFamilyDoc Nice. While it may not be a lot of weight loss, acv sounds beneficial for someone trying to focus on losing belly fat. Thank you!
