Thank you for raising the health IQ of people with your channel! This type of infomation should be shared with kids in schools so the next generations (re)start eating right, and also help put their parents back on track when they go home.... It is highly probable that today's adults are already sugar and UPF junkies, as we were told for decades by the 'food' industry to consume what they sell. And boy do we consume that, and make them and their shareholders filthy rich - while making ourselves and our kids sick! This really needs to stop, before it is too late.

And I haven’t heard anyone mention this in the election debates….. key to ‘saving’ the nhs is to sort the ‘food’ out! It’s a scam making the selfish money grabbing shareholders more wealthy at the expense of others.

I get distracted by this guy. He's so good-looking. I forget to listen to what he's saying, and I want to listen because he has such great information.

I dont think you're missing much. He's not the most articulate speaker; gets distracted, mispronounciations, too many asides and waffle

I follow quite a few nutrition experts, and have found some excellent easy recipes for things like treats, which are made with all whole ingredients. But this sort of education is absolutely vital.

Telling people to treat ‘processed oats’ as a ‘luxury’ is like recommending the occasional cigar rather than regular cigarettes. We really should just be bold and say that things that are bad for us should be avoided - especially when it relates to any UPF.

I love Aldi organic oats. They take 20 minutes to cook so i make a large pan full and put the rest in the fridge and just heat up again. Fresh or frozen berries, uts and seeds on top. Great start to the day.

Make dressing in a jamjar. Oliveoil, mustard, garlic, black pepper salt, balsamic vinegar. Shake it up. Keep in gridge, delicious.

Yeah, its better to eat whole/one ingredients food or make own snacks/sweet treat, but if you have money and want some processed "healthy" food, RAW and Paleo is "usually a safer label".
