Come with me as I prep and plant my garlic this Fall. The benefits of garlic are numerous and can include fighting infection, the common cold, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol and even helping your body fight off cancer and precancerous cells. Follow me on IG for more food facts and plant based eating inspiration.
In this video I prep my garlic "seeds", prep my garden bed, and plant all my garlic for the year. We have to wait until next summer to harvest, but the wait is worth it!
