    Sometimes I don't sleep as well after I go jogging 3-4 miles. I usually jog in the afternoon and have a span of 5-6 hours before I go to sleep. I've noticed a few times I struggled going to sleep on the same days I jogged. Maybe I should try for an earlier workout.

      I agree- I was surprised the evidence showed 60-90 minutes because I do not sleep well with afternoon or evening workouts, or rather I fall asleep later.
      If your schedule can do it, try switching it up and seeing if that jog in the morning and give you a little burst of energy for a large portion of your day 🤷‍♀️ or try some chamomile tea or lavender on the days you jog to help promote sleep

      @@HealthyFamilyDoc I'll give it a try. That chamomile tea doesn't sound like a bad idea either!
