    I want to stay physically fit, run, compete with the kids in races and feel great when I wake up

    I want to avoid being on meds, get stronger so that I continue leading an active life, and feel comfortable in my body again.

    For me it’s:
    I want to have energy to keep up with my kids and model healthy habits like eating well and focusing on sleep.
    I also don’t want to miss out on activities because I don’t have the energy to do them, have pain, or don’t feel good. Recently a friend asked me to do a 5K, and I wasn’t even sure I could! That helps motivate me to exercise (and I think about it when I don’t want to get up and get my body moving)
