    I’m on a whole foods lowish carb diet for my diabetes. I eat about 3 servings of nuts daily and still have plenty calorie room left for a full and varied diet with plenty of protein and veggies. I think the exact number of servings one can have will vary depending on what else they are eating.

      That is very true, and everyone's goals are going to be different. Especially if one can lower refined carbohydrates and replace most meals with whole foods, nuts at meals and snacks can be a very healthy part of that diet!

    me 19 yrs young, I am looking for weight gain diet
    i started from today
    1) ten cashew nuts
    2) three dry-dates
    3) six almonds
    4) ten raisins
    all soaked in water together. Is it okay or should I have some moderation?😮 @HealthyFamilyDoc

    I eat 30g of macadamia nuts and 30g of ground flaxseeds everyday.
