Thanks for joining me to see what a healthy grocery haul for a family of 4 looks like. Our littlest is 1, so while she eats these foods she doesn't really count in the family grocery budget ;-)
Even though we ordered some extra for company that was visiting, this is a pretty standard grocery delivery for us otherwise. Some extra treats and snacks for a long weekend will show you what a plant based family eats, snacks on, and feeds to littles!

Spindrift... I'll have to try it out. I like seltzer water, but I don't if that is similar.
Amy's makes really good canned chili. I prefer homemade, but a can is nice for the convenience.
Thanks for the video. God bless you and your family. Stay safe.

      I have had their chili!
And so you mean if it’s not like seltzer? It is bubbly, but made with real squeezed fruit juice (or lemon juice) so it’s less harsh with carbonation and more flavorful.
They make an iced tea one that is weird at first. But my absolute favorite, and I guess other people’s too because it’s always out!

Out of interest are you and your family 100% plant based all the time? If so, how long have you been plant based for? I'm just curious as i am currently reflecting on my diet and future food choices

Hello! No we are not 100% plant based, we definitely eat more whole/plant based foods than anything else. We transitioned our family about 3 years ago, so my kids don’t know much else. We do feel overall we have more energy, sleep better, and feel physically better especially after a long or hard workout. We have eliminated all store bought meat, no processed meats at all and usually very little (or no) dairy.
But we still have a pizza night, don’t restrict the kids when we’re out or at a party, and my husband hunts so we eat some wild game maybe 1x/month or so!
