    I have this breakfast a few times a week but I use steel cut oats and no added sugars..except fresh berries. Yummy...

      Yes! You’ve leveled up, steel cut oats are the best for “whole grain” and actually keep your blood sugar the most stable.
      My kids loooove frozen blueberries added to theirs 🥰
