    I am 💯 the person ypu explained I worked I look healthy I’m lean but my glutes always hurt or lack of feel numb I do not feel them engage I do Lagree but I skip the lungs and squats bc we’ll they hurt lol my glutes are dead so I’m trying to (without doing some killer glute booty building program hip thrusting daily) but achieve glute growth over time to prevent injury any other videos on this would be so helpful!

      Hey let us know how it went! Did you lose at least 8lbs and/or some inches? Inches are much more important since muscle is 8x more dense than fat. Hope it went well!

      It’s on a timer. So just how ever many you can do-though going slow some time and going fast other times works different muscle groups. Both can be hard in different ways.

    500 pushups a day is basically aerobic training. It don't build muscles in an effective way.

    im not gonna be the guy to bring the bench over to a beam, such as the squat rack, bust a resistance band out of my gym bag, attach it to a dumbell and rep it out then go jump over to the rest of the list and come back and set all that up 3 more times 😂😂😂

    Awesome info! Can you do a follow along video with music like your other videos? I love them with just the music and follow along. I like your 4 minute arms and the glute one with Bethany. They’re my on repeat go to quickie workouts. I love how you demo slow and controlled movements emphasizing proper alignment and execution of the exercise.
