    im not gonna be the guy to bring the bench over to a beam, such as the squat rack, bust a resistance band out of my gym bag, attach it to a dumbell and rep it out then go jump over to the rest of the list and come back and set all that up 3 more times 😂😂😂

    500 pushups a day is basically aerobic training. It don't build muscles in an effective way.

    U are moving ur head out of the bench, not a good technique
