    Awesome info! Can you do a follow along video with music like your other videos? I love them with just the music and follow along. I like your 4 minute arms and the glute one with Bethany. They’re my on repeat go to quickie workouts. I love how you demo slow and controlled movements emphasizing proper alignment and execution of the exercise. I’m a 45 mom of 2 boys and I’m just trying to keep up! 🤪 ❤️🇨🇦

    I am 💯 the person ypu explained I worked I look healthy I’m lean but my glutes always hurt or lack of feel numb I do not feel them engage I do Lagree but I skip the lungs and squats bc we’ll they hurt lol my glutes are dead so I’m trying to (without doing some killer glute booty building program hip thrusting daily) but achieve glute growth over time to prevent injury any other videos on this would be so helpful!
