My New Leg Day 🔥

- You’re going to want to SAVE this 🔥
Over the past few months the way I’m moving my body has evolved since the first time you may of followed me. I’ll always be a body building kind of girl, it’s at my core. But after years of training I’ve fallen more in love with what my body can do rather than how my body looks as such.
I’ve been incorporating performance/ track training in every session so I wanted to show you a little teaser of what’s to come this MARCH 2023 👀 it’s time to really EVOLVE.
Save this workout and try it cause tbh why not 👌
✅ SPRINTS FIRST: yup normally in body building I’d do sprints last but when you’re track training your sprints normally come first as it’s what your focus is. 20 second blasts with full recovery 8 times
✅ TRAP BAR: 5/6 reps big load & superset these with a goblet squat I forgot to record 8 reps/ 4 sets
✅ BB SQUATS: kept it standard/ 8 reps 3 sets
✅ RDL: standard again/ 8 reps 3 sets
✅ LANDMINE REVERSE LUNGES: 8 reps each leg (lean into the bar) 3 sets
Wearing Timeless Collection from @oneractive here some stock still available 🤘
The leg shake confirms it was a great workout lol
Tried her glutes workout, and it was satisfying!!!
Yes and next the cigarette right 😉
her legs aren’t shaking
@@chosenone7460they literally were
@@chosenone7460 look at the rdl that’s when they shake
That side angle lunge looks crazy!!!! I have the attachment on my cage to do this with a bar. Never thought about using it that way!!
Well don’t do it
It’s a improper movement that does more harm then good. Look at the ankle position under load , look at her upper spine neck and head position most importantly under an improper angle under load . Looks fancy at a glance but when you break down the points it’s absolutely foolish and a simple explosive deep side lateral lounge would be ideal and far superior.
My knee hurt watching that
Yeah it’s a first for me seeing that one
Doesn't mean it's good lmao
that move was a first for me, too. looks killer!
i admire your efforts to your health and growing your strength ✨
Phenomenal!!! You totally dominated leg day.
F*cken hot chick!!!! Just adore you 😍
That last move would have taken my knees out the game
😂
💀💀💀💀
Your leg day workout, is really good. i broke my back in 2010, & started back in gym 4.5months ago... ive been moving up in weight every few weeks. My leg press went from 200lbs to im now doing 3 sets of 12 reps at 355lbs. i cant do squats or deadlifts... which sucks. I am looking for different exercises to add to workout.
I really love your workout Krissy… Unfortunately I cannot try the last one because of my knees.
Girl same ! Tilted knee caps is what's stopping me ! 🤣
yesss some of these i avoid because i don't want knee problems in the long run I FEAR😪
SOOO STRONG I want to be strong like you
The side way movement was cool also the way them glutes and quads shook i know it was beneficial blessings queen
That’s intense girl I’ve never seen those barbell weights before then again I’m self taught because of youuuuu!!!! I’m going to try the gym soon . ❤❤❤❤
I see that barbell at my gym, I’m going to try it out soon! I might be getting paid to become personal trainer, I’m so excited. It’s all because of you and your teachings. Thank you so much girl!
The side angle lunge 🦿I need to do!!!
Hey form is immaculate
Old one worked not bad I’d say !! Keep killing it with the hard work !!! Not easy on any day !!! Gotta hate leg day !!! LOL 😀🇨🇦
I used to did something years ago. Go for mad treadmill intervals including hills and sprints. Then get on the squat rack and blast that. Was really fun and invigorating. But did injure my knees.
That side movement looks really interesting and can imagine hits the muscle. Will explore that
i rlly wanna try the pool floaty shaped weight 👁️👄👁️
I’m so trying this!
Let me know how you find it🤍
After watching her this clip ...it felt like out of syllabus leg day for me 😮
Wooow girl gotta love the last exercise ! Looks like the curtsy lunges I do but I add deficit to it and it's buuuuurning
You are amazing 🙌🙌🔥 inspiration🔥
How do you train? you can do a review of a couple of workouts ?
What does the leaning sideways workout hit? I’ve never seen that one. I’m interested.
Those are great running shoes, look very comfortable. But do they give you the best balance when doing heavy lifting?
I wish to see calves workouts in leg workouts, I don't understand why most women don't work that part. Have only found dudes teaching them. Now I have very skinny calves, bigger thighs, so I try to focus on glutes and calves.
that be me on the treadmill, so dramatic but i love it 😂😂😂
You're awesome 💪
Thank you !
Last one was toughest 😨😰😰
Why would you torture your legs with sprints beforehand though?
Dear Crissy thanks for the workouts . How do you manage to keep your airpods clean? I seem to have the same colour and my goodness the gym won’t let me have them clean, the sweat is dirtying then so much 😢
Looks like a good workout but why do Hex bar deadlifts to a reduced range? Hex bar deadlifts are already a shorter range than traditional. Are you sport specific training? Because getting less stretch on an already lessened movement when we know most hypertrophy is at stretch is peculiar
How do you keep the bar secure on the side lunge?
Gyaatttt
Last one looks a bit dangerous and intermediate
Ya know you could just do bulg bb squat but instead you did my favourite brutal position of the splits
GYATTTTT
Honestly weight training is good pushing yourself but it looks like your more hurting yourself with all that shakiness and over exertion on your joints. You do what you want just saying. I’ve torn my shoulder doing the heaviest weight more than my limitations because I wanted huge shoulders I was obsessed with, sucks for me.
Looks like a good workout but also a lot of pressure on your back at the same time. 😮
GYAAAAAT
Okay boss!!!
Why did she have to undress?
For attention hey in case you didn’t notice look at how great my ass looks
Wow!
I like the last one 🦵
😍
Great workout! I’m just wondering about your shoes, I’ve heard you should wear flat shoes on leg day. Your thoughts?
Flat shoes are really good if you’re looking to deadlift or RDL very heavy.
Can also be useful on squats if you’re looking to better your ankle mobility.
All that said flat shoes are not a necessity or anything and they don’t really make or break a leg day. But they can be useful in some cases.
what is your full time job

Please is there any way I can do exercise at home without going to gym?
Was the first workout a deadlift?
How many of those sprints did you do? 😊

wow, i wanna be like you one day
No hate, so 4 exercises on leg day can be enough? 🤔🤔
If it was I . Surely I couldn't walk the next day 😭😭😭😭

Where can I get the shoes ?

I can feel those RDLs 🤣
Uhhhhh girl love ya, love the leg shake wish I have a gym girlfriend like you do inspire me to keep trying
Muy buenas noches. Cuántas veces x semana ?

i like it how girls do nothing in workouts that are not leg but they put all there effort in leg

When your legs started shaking, I FELT THAT!
For real tho 😅😅 I think mine shook a little too

My brain cannot even process how fast your legs were running. 🤯
Kkkkkk😂
16km/h, maybe 18km/h...
tf you mean? That wasn't that fast? It was fast, but most people can do that
Stop being jealous when others are complimented 🤣
Y’all need to shut tf up bc I couldn’t even process it either my jaw dropped ☠️😭😭

@@KrissyCelaayou look Great! Is that a belt you have on? Cant tell if wearing something ? Im trying to lift more and wondering if you recommend it?
That last workout! Man she’s a beast! 💪🏽🔥💃🏽
You might want to assess the movement on the land mine . Look at your spine position particularly the upper thoracic neck and head position. Look at your knee joint and ankle joint in a highly stressful position to be under load unnecessarily. I get that you want to perform what most uninformed may deem as some sort of advanced high tech movement but when you consider the facts I just laid out then you may want to replace that movement with something fundamental and functional, that enables you to have a solid postural , athletic position .A ballistic deep lateral right to left rhythmic quick step is a far superior choice that will not potentially cause unnecessary damage to your spine and joints while targeting the inner thigh , glute and quads while improving conditioning also . The intention ,effort and intensity is stellar . Keep up the solid work
Thank you for this comment!!
What kind of movement is the ballistic one you mention at the end?
@@CowCowMeows
So if you essentially do a wide but functional lateral deep lunge about a heel to toe staggered step out and explosively drive with the foot you step out with to the opposite side and create a fast paced rhythmic drive right to left . So once you step out lunge and begin it’s essentially 70-90 percent max speed and power just driving right to left . I learned that from a strength and conditioning coach when training in wrestling to develop explosive power . Typically a 30 second set with 60 second recovery with 4 sets is solid at the intensity I described.
That was a very diplomatic way to say that last exercise was just for show 😂but well said 👍🏻
Genuine question.. why is she getting undressed on the treadmill? I understand the concept of wearing more layers for cardio, but why not go to the changing room to take off her joggers? It’s probably just me but just seems odd
Lol it looked odd to me too but I mean it is an extremely short video. Maybe she did a lighter jog to warm up that she didn't include here and then took the joggers of for the sprint
She's wearing her pants as a pump cover. Once she has warmed up and has a pump going its time to show off what you got. Guys do it too so it's really not that unusual.
I can vouch for that 😂 I’m usually cold 🥶 in the mornings so I’ll warm up and once I’m ready to do a HIIT cardio.. I’ll take off my pants on the spot.
Same goes if I were to do weights first and after a good pump .. take off my pants.
Plus you don’t want to lose your spot. 🤪
@@mainstream180 You aren't going to get a pump on a treadmill
@@c-tothefourth4879 I disagree based on my own experience and from what I’ve seen. You might not get a booty pump, but you will definitely get blood flowing to your legs by running at the speeds she was. Plus as a general practice you just take your pump cover off when you’re warm and she was clearly warm. Not a lot to debate here 🤷🏽♂️
That last exercise has a high chance of injuring your knee.
I agree
Hurts me on the inside. I have a patella disorder
taking your pants off in the middle of the gym is crazy
Nah she literally had shorts under so it aint

Her personality is her butt. That’s how girls get followings now days. Hoe behavior, it’s annoying I don’t even search this shiz it just pops up.
It’s just so unnecessary. Or is there any reason for doing it? 🤣
Dont do this type of sprints on heavy leg days if you want to see real muscle gains on your lower body and also to avoid possible knee injuries. add sprints to another workout day like upper body days
holy crap the last one
I really admire you for this workout 🏋️♀️ I won’t be doing no time soon😅
How do people run that fast on the treadmill? I really want to start interval training, but I'm too scared I might slip foward, bust my head, and slide off unconscious.😭
Shouldn’t the running be after the lift?
As far as I know ( based on some research I did ) there is no should or shouldn't, it entirely depends on the person's energy level and ability to lift heavy after cardio or not
Think it also depends on your goals. Maybe her current goal is developing power and as far as I know training power should be done first thing when you’re fresh? Correct me if I’m wrong
Wow, I’m so proud of you for working hard at keeping your physical fitness up. And fitting in being a content creator is also amazing. I hope you feel the joy of accomplishment and self-discipline.😊
Now that new research came out are we all going back to doing squats again?
Can you link the new research? I'm behind on social media 😂

She was from the front with the pants, second they came off to the tight small shorts it was all from the back angle😂😂
Was that my baby daddy in the background of the last clip?… I was wondering where he was 😂
intensive cardio before weights? why dont do it after everything?
@miau v
doing that fast twitch muscle movement after fatiguing the strength fibers can lead to injury because of compensatory factors.
Isnt it bad to sprint before leg day? Won’t it just drain your energy
If U Run Like for 30min+ i guess so. But a fast 10min Sprint for warming Up is nice
leave everything in the gym. No pain no gain break that mindset.
@@diseqzui5077 sprinting for 10 min?? maybe a 10 minute jog but nah not sprinting lol
@@getyaw8up they mean 10 mins of sprint intervals.
@@dancingmango143 For me that’s still a workout not a warmup. I’ve done 10 sets of 15 sec on 45 sec off and was gassed after
You run before you begin your workout? I’ve always been confused as to if you’re supposed to do that before or after. I feel like a run before is good because it gets your body warmed up and your muscles activated, but then I feel like it’s bad cause then you’re tired already before the actual workout..
As far as my research went, there is no should and should not etc, it just depends on the person's energy level. Some people get super tired after running which won't allow them to lift heavy as much as they want, some are totally okay with running or doing cardio
@@LuluLolitta I know that it’s up to the person but I want to know a fitness influencers take on this and what they recommend. Thank you!
