RDL’s
Leg Extension
Hamstring Curls
Reverse Lunges
Cable Kick Backs
Try 3 sets for 8 reps. Remember if its too hard to reach 8 reps, lower the weight, if its easy, up it! Stick to a weight that works and challenges you!

You can add 3 major exercises in each day
For pull - something vertical like lat pulldowns with different grips, horizontal- rowing, then t-bar row or landmine row. Ending up with biceps curls & hammer curls
For push - bench press or incline bench press, shoulder press, cable flies, tricep pushdown, overhead extension and lateral raises
I hope this helps until krissy will upload a video on it.

I really want to try cable kick backs again. I once tried them at the gym and accidentally kicked someone. Haven’t done them since😂

Leg days are my absolute favorite. The only kind of exercises I don't do for lower body are the cable ones. Love cable for upper body, but for lower body I absolutely dislike it. I feel like I never do them right and I don't feel the right muscles and feels really strange. RDL is my absolute favorite lower body exercise.
Ahhhh thank you Krissy for speaking on the "squat once a week"! I do not lift super heavy but as more like a close to still beginner kinda person, I feel my muscle&joins (knees especially!) needs much more time to recover after lower body focused training than upper body focused ones!!

Hey! Love your vids and you’re an absolute inspiration! When you say squat only once a week, do you mean just barbell squats? Or barbell and goblet squats should be limited to once a week? Thanks!
Girl, I am a dude but I honestly love your workout videos. 🙌🏻 I am still a beginner & they helped me a lot. Especially since I am ✨️not like other guys✨️ and leg day is my favourite. Would you say it’s okay to do static stretches before leg day if you were to combine it with treadmill/elliptical first ? Or should I just full move over to dynamic instead

Does your first set not warm you up? Or all the movement you've been doing up until your workout for example I do gym at 6pm I've been moving all day??

Hi! When doing the cross over cable exercise, how did you get the cable to not keep hitting your leg?!? I like the exercise, however I get a sore mark every time I do them
