    Thank you for this Ben! The explanations are so clear. I have weak inner thighs and the elevated sumo squat is a great way to target these muscles. And why are Bulgarian split squats so hard 😫

    For the donkey kick, could I get similar results using ankle weights and doing the same move? (home modification)

      You wouldn't get quite the same results as a band, so I definitely recommend the band, however, ankle weights aren't a bad back up option and will work, the band just gives a better resistance and function.

      Any Amazon mini bands where there are 5 different strengths should work well!
