Just bought her book and began reading it so far it is very good she is an amazing country female singer she is a beautiful wife and mother she can do it all cant wait for her next album
I feel like the show did Carrie (and her trainer) a disservice when they have THREE (too many) hosts---who are obviously not that interested in learning the lesson/routine---fumbling around, talking, and joking, all while taking up valuable time. What Carrie is trying to share/spread/teach is something very valuable and needed. It should've been handled a little more seriously.

People put too much on their plates I feel . One kid is enough , one pet is great , be single if you want , just limit the stress in your life . Make you the priority, am workouts are key for me as well , always have been the best ! Start slow ,give it a shot .....nothing to loose . Stay healthy and well physically and mentally. I pray for global health and peace

Is she certified to train people and tell them what to eat and what exercises to do? What bothers me is that if she isn’t certified she shouldn’t be doing it because a lot of certified personal trainers get in trouble depending on what they advice their clients, but because she is famous she doesn’t get in trouble for training people without s certificate?
She isn’t necessarily training people. She is sharing advice that has helped her on her journey which may help others. Not to mention, she is working with a certified personal trainer.

No she does not. She has someone deep clean once a month but does the rest herself. She does not like people in her personal space and enjoys doing for her family. She is as normal as it gets.

She has someone deep clean her house herself once a month but she does the rest herself. Call me crazy but she gets pleasure from being able to clean her house herself other than have someone else do it for her.
