5:26 - Each leg (3 sets of 15-20): Cursty lunge pulses
6:54 - Low sumo squat pulses (30) + High sumo squat pulses (20) + low sumo squat pulses (15)
8:06 - Each leg Squat + kickback, then squat + side kick (15)
8:55 - (3 sets of 15) High hydrant kickbacks, then hydrant small circles (3 sets of 20)

Omgggg how many times a week?
One round, 1x/week, then two rounds 2x/week. As they get easier, increase rounds. It really makes awesome thighs! Include calf raises, too. :)
