    I ENJOYED THIS SO MUCH. Thank you! I loved everything about this. The lovely water breaks, the killer intensity, the dynamic communication and the energy she wanted her workout to have. I did it at 1am and I have no regrets.

    Thank you for a great workout and for reminding everyone the importance of stretching and taking the time to heal your body post workout. When I was younger I never paid attention to recovery and never felt pain could keep going and going. Now at 45 my body is always in pain. I take the time for recovery now and foam roller is a must but I have chronic pain likely from years of strain I put on it during exercise without proper recovery. Love fitness and will never stop 😊

    OMG the burn was real!! I loved this workout. I am usually scared of HIIT workouts but this one was fun and easy to follow!

    What an amazing workout! A true HIIT living up to its name.
    Pro tip: don't try this after taking a 2-day workout breakout unless you're already in high athletic condition 😂

    my son does strength conditioning 5 days a week for an hour and a half in the morning. Then summer school in the afternoon with 2 45 minutes basketball work outs. When would be a good time to incorporate this cardio?
