      Hey let us know how it went! Did you lose at least 8lbs and/or some inches? Inches are much more important since muscle is 8x more dense than fat. Hope it went well!

      It’s on a timer. So just how ever many you can do-though going slow some time and going fast other times works different muscle groups. Both can be hard in different ways.
