If I am only able to do short endurance because of access of distance would It be fine?
It depends on what distance you’re training for. But if you’re training for the 100 meters you should be fine.
@@AdamPlanetary Well im training for basically all the sprints but I think the 100m should transfer well to the others

What do you use to time?
I recommend using an app called OnForm. Record yourself and use the app to see the exact moment u cross the line.
Thank you for replying. Related to sprinting and strength training, how can you incorporate heavy lifting like squat to become stronger without your sprint times going down?
I would sprint first and then squat on the same day then wait 48 hours until ur next sprint session. You’ll have to squat a lot less frequently if you’re also sprinting maybe only like once a week depending on the individual.
can you still work on top speed,acceleration and speed endurance while in the offseason and still lifting heavy @AdamPlanetary
