    Thanks for these!! I've been doing this most days for past 1 week. I only managed to do 1 set. Interestingly, for the past 2 days, I've been wondering how come my bags feel so light (no change to what I carry). And it suddenly dawned upon me that I have gained strength from just doing these 3 exercises! #motivated to work towards 3 sets daily.

    Which dumbbell weight would you recommend for a beginner? I just finished the Leo Sculpt fitness program, but I never did exercises with heavier dumbbells - in the program I used 1kg dumbbells, but for the exercises of this vid, I'd like to use heavier ones - so I'm curious what your recommendation would be. I want to add these 3 exercises to my daily yoga routine. Big results from smaller daily investments sounds fantastic!

      It’s hard to give a great answer with specific weights because everyone is at different stages, different body mechanics and different goals. A good rule would be roughly 10% of your body weight but that is very general.
