  • This is a quick, effective arm toning routine that can be mixed in at home multiple times a week, use a light but challenging weight for the sets! Doing this routine once won't show too much, however consistency is a key!

    I’ve been doing this a couple of times per week and it’s great! Thank you! Can you do a real time ab workout in 5 minutes please?! Oh, and I do the glute quickie on repeat, too. 👍🇨🇦
