These do work y'all!! Ladies, y'all not gonna hulk out if u lift weights. It'll tone u up for sure!! I used to do most of these moves except the first one, and the second one without dumbbells (it was part of a aerobic calisthenics routine) and never had flabby arms or back. Life and injury got me out of routine, but seeing this making me revisit my old workouts and starting over again. I'm going back in with a new attitude and healthy lifestyle. For the same results, just work the muscles around that area, remember you can't spot reduce fat. Do exercises that work the area you're trying to reduce fat in, like for your arms, do tricep pulldowns, overhead tricep extensions, bicep curls and hammer curls. And remember there is no such thing as toning, you just grow the muscle, enter a caloric deficit and slowly lose bodyfat, you can't reduce bodyfat in a specific area, now, where your body stores bodyfat is highly genetic, but women tend to have more in their triceps and legs, men tend to have more in their back and abdomen. Hope this helped.
Repeat after me: You cannot target body fat. You must decrease your body fat percentage overall to see a change in any type of fat storage on your body.

No you can’t spot reduce fat, but yes you can target specific muscle groups which is what he is doing here (he should have used the right verbiage to lessen confusion). So in addition to eating right and what not, you can do these exercises specifically for targeting muscles in the arms/back to achieve more defined appearance through your journey.

I did gain 40 back because of lockdown. Now it's gone going for the remainder. The hydrogen peroxide puts more oxygen in the cells. Women like me have issues because of hormones. I was never fat until then. The book is One Minute Cure. It's 50 a bottle at local health food store. It lasts a year so cheap. I'll give instructions to anyone interested.

I love how you're doing the exercises. They are not extreme but very controlled and DOABLE!! I used to do my workouts regularly but got lazy. This is something that can get back into a modified routine. Still gotta watch out for my hips. Had the right side replaced in 2019 and now it might be time for the left side. But at least I can take care of my upper body. 😁😁
