@@ZekesCandlesme three! Our bodies are made in the kitchen if you are working out and getting bigger make sure you are eating at calorie deficit and fasting is a good way to loose fat as well
I did these moves for targeting my bat wings. And now I come across ya video no wonder why my back looks cut and toned but the bat wings am still working on. At almost 50. My arms and neck are my main areas I see aging trying to creep up on me! Not going down without a fight!
I did this 14 times (missed some days in between but a total of 14 times) and I can definitely see some definition in my back where previously my muscles were visibly non-existent.

But I definitely did see muscle definition in my back that wasn't there before. I'm not where I want to be fully with my back, but it definitely made a difference. His belly exercises did as well. I'm currently pregnant so I switched my fitness routine to stuff that is pregnancy-safe, but after I recover postpartum I want to do some of his challenges again, God willing.

You can workout everyday you just need to be smart about the muscle groups you're working out. Doing the same muscle groups will get you hurt. I workout 5 days a week and have no issues. Just workout smart and recovery smarter, and you can do it everyday.

This workout routine is holy grail for me. I couldn't get rid of my stubborn backfat for 5 years. Started gym with this workout and today is day 4 and i can see some significant difference! Thanks mr. London for getting my ass to the gym!

Thank you for your help, on that bra bulge and upper to lower back fat. I’ve been doing abdominal crunches everyday to few rest or two rest days. Wanting get into full body strength training again like I did with CrossFit, lost weight and now I’m getting back into groove.
😮Always start with 1lb, (grab 2 16oz bottles of water and jump in!) until you develop some muscles otherwise it puts too much stress on joints and can cause inflammation/tendinitis/bursitis in wrists, elbows and shoulders, which I now have from starting with 2lb dumbbells and forcing myself to do too many reps even when I felt pain. After diagnosing me, my doctor put it simply, "work TO the pain, NOT THROUGH the pain". Wow! Game changer! There is a big difference between feeling a bit of burn and causing irreparable damage, so if something feels painful, just stop, take the extra rest time, the next exercise will use different movements and you might feel ok. No shame in setting your own pace.
